It's good quality dyes and they are able to get you salon quality color rather than off the shelf which is nice. The little touches are great too with sticker to hold up instructions. Every orderl you can change the colour/tweak it

Colour great ,not enough product for 1 application

Colour is great ,but there's not enough in 1 tube to cover my hair told company about this but still not sorted it out so workes out expensive with having to use to bottles

Colour is high standard

So easy to tweak until perfection.

I’ve had 3 orders now and after tweaking with the colourist via email, my latest colour was perfection. Better grey coverage, warm tones of blonde with a lovely shine and it’s lasting too. Love it!

Right from the start when I joined…

Right from the start when I joined esalon I had always asked for blonde but they never did blonde on me and my hair is red because they never done blonde in the first tried to persevere with it hoping that they would eventually get the colour right and do what I ask and pay for...
When my first colour arrived and I put it on I was shocked that it wasn't blonde but thought maybe its ok its not horrible maybe the blonde has to build up? So kept ordering and paying with stating at all times I want blonde but it was getting darker and darker each time my colour arrived and now it just so dark I really hate having dark hair I have never had dark hair and I'm naturally blonde but now you can't see any of my beautiful blonde just dark red! Very unhappy with this and unhappy with the whole time I have been with them the only time I loved my hair last year was when I stopped using their colours went natural and the sun brought back my beautiful blonde which was still there when I re ordered after being in texas for 3 months to get the colour and turns my hair back to deep dark red!!! I will be wanting a full refund from my subscription as I have never been satisfied since using them

Order Held to Upsell

I've been a very happy customer for my last 3 orders. The colour match is great and I'm a strange auburn/ginger colour that the colourist gets spon on every time.

This time my order has been held whilst the colouist tried to upsell me a product that I hadn't added to my order this time but had last time. This means my order is now delayed and I need to try to find a hairdresser who will colour my hair tonight/tomorrow morning for and event on Saturday night even though I paid esalon for my order early last week.

The colour will no doubt be lovely when it arrives but won't be used this time so I have completely wasted my money.

Excellent

Excellent, the colour came in a professional box and all instructions very clear.

My brown colour was probably perhaps 1/2 shades too dark, but it still matches my hair fine, it covered all Grey's and neutralised a red brown on my hair which was the goal, and that was the first go, so probably very hard for them to complete on first go with just pics. So excited to get the next one as you can let them know your experience so assuming it will be perfect colour.

I’m quite happy with the colour but one…

I’m quite happy with the colour but one this that I have noticed and I stopped my subscription is that my hair is falling a lot since I coloured my hair with the products from esalon.
I’m actually very concerned about this and I’m looking up for pills and treatments to stop the falling as it’s that bad that I can see bold patches when I put my hair on a ponytail

Worst hair colour didnt worked on my…

Worst hair colour didnt worked on my hairs twice on my first ordered it didnt worked and covered grey hairs so i raised complaint nd they told me it will be refunded but i didnt got any refund and also it delivered automatically next time to my address by deducting 8£ from my card and this time also it didnt worked
