Terrible company
The good - The colour I was sent was really lovely.
The bad - the colour only lasted 1 week!
I signed up to try the £10 promo offer, I’ve received no communication at all from the company. The colour took over a week to arrive. And now they have taken £27 out of my account and send me another colour that I do not want. I’ve tried to go on the website and pause the plan (you can’t cancel) but there is no way to do so. Will not be using again. And now have to waste my time sending emails etc to try to stop this company taking more of my money I didn’t give them permission to take.

They were good to start with but needed to cancel order due to funds. did so online before the renewal date to get my next delivery. Item still arrived. Put in a PayPal complaint and they said I had not returned item at my cost even though I had already cancelled in good time. Would never use again

Never expected having to review it this way, but I applied my colour as instructed -I have doing my colour myself for years and years- and encouraged by reviews, the professional response and friends's recommendations, I was over the moon anticipating what glorious results I was going to get. Well... it did not work like that. The colour was as required, beautiful, but it did not cover my greys AND it lasted about 6 days... 8 at the most... I am not an alchemist, but I guess some ingredient was missing in the mix. Shame.
