I purchased the flex mat and I was sliding all over the mat. It’s a good mat if you wear non slip gloves and sneakers. I emailed the company for a return label and they replied that they have a no return policy. I said you advertised your flex mat to be non slip and it’s anything but. So now I’m stuck with a mat that I can’t use. I want my money back I’m so pissed. They had a sales rep that texted me back and forth he never once told me there’s a no return policy.

Amazing high quality bands comes with a little bag so you can keep them in your gym bag! Would definitely buy off the brand again and great service with fast and cheap postage!

I am a personal trainer and have used Escape Fitness in the gyms for over 10yrs. Last year I setup a home gym and order all my equipment from Escape Fitness & Justine has been absolutely fantastic in putting packages of products together for me. The quality of the products is outstanding. Wonderful customer service - I would highly recommend. And over the last one year I have managed to convince over Ten clients to buy home equipment from Escape Fitness and they are very satisfied the quality of the products.

Great personal customer service from Rachel when placing my order, and delighted with the quality of fitness equipment (e.g. 20kg Corebag) after a couple of months usage now.

Working at a college I am asked to source some specialist equipment. Rachel from Escape Fitness was an absolute star, she helped me source all my equipment and was extremely helpful going back and forth to ensure that all the spec was meet. She made my jobs soo much easier and I did not have to chase her once, she did all the chasing for me!
I would defiantly recommend this company for their excellent service not just customer service but also the products arrived timely and it definitely impressed my boss with the personalization kit also.

Placed my order with Escape for some items for my home gym. Specifically yoga mat, block and strap. The range to choose from was excellent and the purchasing process easy. I even had a follow up call from Rachael at Escape to check I was happy with the process and to let me know when the order was coming. Arrived fast and well packaged. All as described. Highly recommend.

The service from Justine was exceptional. From choosing the gym flooring to advice on installation, Justine's knowledge & assistance was first class. Great company to work with. They helped me design my gym from start to finish. From flooring to all of the equipment. The gym looks amazing and the equipment is great. Rachel was fantastic to work with, I have added some equipment since the instal, very polite and professional.

Very impressed with Escape fitness. Had come across their equipment at my local Fitness First gym. I wasn’t aware of this however, until I was told about this from a competitor.
I reached out to them and Rachel help me put together an order for a home gym. I have since placed additional orders and very happy with the quality of a equipment.

Since Lockdown last year I have purchased a lot of equipment from Escape and have always been impressed with both the quality of Product and Service , most recently I was dealt with by Justine who was very helpful and knowledgable . She clearly has a passion for what she does and believes in the company she works for , this coupled with the fantastic quality of the product is a formula that works and means that there is only one company that I go to for any gym requirements and that’s Escape
