I purchased a selection of weights and a bench for my home gym from Escape fitness, mainly due to the gyms being closed due to lockdown. I can honestly say the quality of their products are exceptional and I’m extremely happy with them. They are commercial standard and will last for many many years so I would definitely say they are worth paying the extra for. The service from both Justine & Vicci has been 1st class from start to finish and I cannot recommend them both highly enough, you can really tell that they care about the company they work for (Escape fitness) and their customers (in this case me).
Keep up the good work guys, you are definitely setting the benchmark for a 1st class service/products within your sector. Look forward to buying from you again in the future when I need additional equipment.

Escape has been great to work with for my gym at home. I have had them come in and install one of their rubber floors which im glad that i did as im not sure i would of managed such a perfect job of it. Was going to try myself to save money but pleased i didnt.

I have also got from them a HIT HUB Freestanding frame which looks amazing and the build quality is top class. Having spent so much, i was a little worried on what the qality would be as they are not the cheapest by far, but when it arrived and i unpacked it i was so pleased which my desision to spend a little more. All of my friends have commented on how amazing it looks.

I also have had a few other items from them, dumbells, barbells, mats and the all have the same level of quality so i have no problem ordering further equipmenent from them again as i know what i will get.

I did have a small problem with a bench but they replaced that without a quibble which was good customer service.

Overall im extreemly happy with my home gym and to anyone thinking of purchasing i would say to have confidence and you won't be disappointed. I know its not the cheapest by far but the quality will blow you away. It's just a shame i can't upload pictures here for people to see.

Just wanted to say your customer service is amazing. Rachael and Jess really sorted me out. It was a pathetic sized order but they assisted me like I a major supplier. Can thank them enough and really enjoying the quality of the equipment you guys make. They both deserve some recognition and are probably unsung in your team. I work in the industry and have placed many orders with Escape and most with Justine. Top marks for product, service and friendly, helpful staff.

Justine was easy to deal with. They delivered the gym flooring as expected. And the flooring is good.

Be Aware

Ordered products threw there website the wrong items can, sent many emails called many times but no response and still no further forward customer service non existent.

Dont buy from this company

Just received second order from these guys. Absolutely perfect service and item of the highest quality. Placed order 4pm on Thursday, dispatched next day and arrived on Monday
