Disabled people treated badly!!
I have heard back and they are denying anything ever happened! It took them 2 months to write back and they say it never happened! This is advice for everyone.. do not visit this branch in Eastcote.!! They have no idea on how to deal with customer complaints!! And treat disabled people with no respect!!

Vitilan v3 2.0
Ordered a vitilan v3 2.0 from escooterclinic.co.uk on
a cycle2work scheme. Can't praise the sales team enough, excellent communication. From enquiry to the bike arriving was about 10 days.
The bike was very well packaged but the rear rack arrived bent so a replacement was sent from China in just under two weeks. I was able to track the replacement and am very happy with how this issue was handled.

This shop is really smart in their…
This shop is really smart in their scams, all their 5 star reviews are fake they are being posted by fake accounts however when your purchase products from here they will take your money and not give you anything back, they wont give you the product or the money back when you request a refund or they'll send you a wrong product and make you pay for it to be returned and you still wont receive your original product
My experience with this shop has been…
My experience with this shop has been incredibly frustrating. Last Wednesday, I ordered a bike advertised as in stock. I was then informed it was unavailable and offered a newer model that lacked the feature I wanted. After declining, they claimed to have my original model in a dark red, which I accepted, only to be told hours later the color was actually bright pink.
I then requested a different, equivalently-priced model and was promised a stock check and update or a refund. It is now Sunday, the website still falsely lists all these bikes as in stock, they have my money, and I have no bike. The service has been shockingly disorganised
Update.. it is now Tuesday and I still haven’t been refunded. This store has essentially stolen 1000 pounds from me and is refusing to return it.
2nd update…
I have now been told that despite falsely advertising a product they didn’t have and taking my money, they are now making me wait 14 days for a refund. I strongly advise you not to purchase from this company online, it is an absolute shambles and I will be reporting them to trading standards
Stay away absolute joke of a company
Stay away absolute joke of a company. Customer service is a disgrace.ill give no stars if i could. Payed for 24 hour tracked 3 days later they still not even sent the parcel never mind me getting it. Numerous phone calls everyday telling me same thing its getting shipped today. Bin saying same thing to me for 3 days. Theres better places out there people. When they say get it shipped within 24 hours all LIES!!!!!
I had a very bad experience with this…
I had a very bad experience with this company. They redeemed my Cycle to Work voucher without my permission, and although they admitted it was their mistake and promised to honour the order, after a month of delays and excuses they cancelled it.
At one point, they even tried to send me the e-bike in a different colour, but then admitted that bike also had scratches. In the end, I was left with nothing.
Because of their actions, I still can’t use my Cycle to Work voucher and have wasted a lot of time and energy. Communication is extremely poor – they answered only 2 out of 10 phone calls and usually took 2–3 days to reply to emails.
Unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend them.
scooter wouldn’t start
scooter wouldn’t start, turns out water damage. they cleaned it up
Misdiagnosed and Overpriced
Took my Segway ZT3 to Escooter Clinic. They misdiagnosed it as a faulty controller and quoted £190–£275 for a part that costs ~£50 online. I asked for proof of diagnostics via email, but they ignored me. The real issue was the BMS/battery. The staff member who collected my scooter also appeared visibly under the influence. Extremely unprofessional. Make sure you get written proof of diagnostics before paying — I would not recommend.
Online order still not received 3 months later...
Placed an order for 2 electric bikes online in May. The delivery timeframe online stated 2-4 weeks yet we are now in August and I have no idea where the bikes are or when we will receive them. I have contacted customer services numerous times over the phone and via email. Nobody can tell me where the bikes are when I ask for the order to be tracked. Every time I ring up I'm told I'll receive a call back or email with more information and nobody ever comes back to me. Unfortunately I will have to open a chargeback with my bank as I have no trust in this company. Order 17675.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, told me bike was in stock twice before payment was made then told they never had the bike in stock and that they have to refund me, been over 3 weeks since my money was refunded but still hasn’t reached my account £4,172.63 THEY CANT RING BACK TO HELP YOU AND SAY ITS NOT THERE PROBLEM YET THEY CANT SEND ANY CONFIRMATION TO CONFIRM ITS TRUE THEY JUST WANT THE INTEREST ON THE MONEY YOU SEND, REPORTED TO LLOYDS BANK FOR FRAUD NEXT STAGE TRADING STANDARDS!!!!!
Update: 13/11/2025
I am still waiting for my refund to be sent back, check their google review for proof.
Electric bike NOT received!
I would leave a review, if I had received my order 282925625, an electric bike.
I was given a tracking number with XLCouriers, who should have delivered the bike 2 days ago, but at 22.39hrs, 19 August, their tracking site said I wasn't in !
I have cameras and no delivery driver turned up here !
I have spoken to someone at Escooterclinic, who said they were chasing this up.
I have also sent numerous emails to escooterclinic, no replies received.
And I cannot contact XLC as they don't answer their phones!
I will be reporting this to Trading Standards if the bike doesn't turn up soon !
Worst order experience I've ever had.
This genuinely might be one of the worst experiences i have ever had with any company.
I spent over 1.5 thousand pounds buying an EUC online. I was told multiple timeframes by different people over the period of 60 days before i finally gave up. "you will be in the first patch of Nosfit Aero's so you will receive this within 2 weeks" to "Apologies but you will need to wait 47 days". I then have waited 47 days and then contacted them back to then hear "apologies but we have had a delay, you need to wait another 30 days".
I have constantly emailed and called them and told multiple times "let me check your order and get back to you" to then hear absolutely NOTHING back each time.
The website is awful, i could see no updates on the site about my order at all. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. After this entire experience i have finally asked for a refund and asked to speak to someone more senior which is when i got an email "we will offer you one year extended warranty" which actually just offended me after the experience i have had.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am currently in the process of contacting Paypal to get my money back as I'm having trouble even getting a refund. I may even contact Trading Standards as this company feels like a scam.
Excellent fast delivery thanks 👍
shit
pay extra for express shipping for it to be a week delayed than the latter
Absolute shambles of a company!
Absolute shambles of a company!
This review is based on the online service from Escooter Clinic and not the service from either of their 2 London repair centres which I really hope are better than the terrible customer experience you are about to read.
I ordered a bike from them via the GCI cycle to work scheme on June 27th and was told it should be dispatched within a few days.
A couple of days later I received a phone call from GCI to say that Escooter Clinic had attempted to cash in the voucher which they should only do once the bike has been delivered. I confirmed that it hadn’t been delivered (it hadn’t even been dispatched) and GCI asked me to let them know when it had arrived and that they would not release the funds until I had confirmed delivery.
A week later I was told by Escooter Clinic that it’s actually 10 days before dispatch and then I was later told that the bike was out of stock until the end of August.
At this point I changed the order to a different bike which was in stock and the gave me a quote for this (£1329.99). They were keen for me to pay the extra cost direct into their bank account (not how the GCI scheme works)
I contacted GCI to update the voucher to cover the newly quoted amount and gave Escooter Clinic the new voucher details.
At this point they came back and said the bike was now £1549.99 and again were keen for me to transfer money to their bank account.
I argued that as they had quoted me £1329.99 then that should be the price I pay.
3 days later they said they would honour the quoted price, but then asked me to also pay an extra £85 by bank transfer to cover GCI commission costs.
By this time I had had enough of dealing with them and had already told them to cancel the order.
This evening (at 18.45 on a Friday) their customer service manager called me to offer the bike again at the quoted price but still wanted extra to cover commission.
I explained I had already cancelled the order and that any commission charges are supposed to be included in the GCI voucher value (not paid by bank transfer as per their request). He kept pressuring to get the sale for 15 minutes.
What kind of company takes part in cycle to work schemes but then try to extort extra money directly from the customer, take on average 3 days to respond to emails, have a phone number that just rings out and then call you at 6.45pm on a Friday to beg for the sale?!
Avoid!!!
