Mis-sold bike, poor customer service and unfair fees
I ordered the Allegro City Cruiser, expecting the white 27.5″-tyre, 750 W EAPC as advertised. Instead I received a black Starsfly Flat Tyre TDL 6132—completely different frame geometry, wheel size, motor spec and graphics.
When I contacted the supplier they firstly claimed it was “the same bike under a different badge,” then offered a helmet, lock and basket (worth £150) plus the 12-month warranty (a statutory right). I pointed out the bike was damaged and the key was broken, and suggested they either send the correct model or compensate me for the £150 shortfall. Rather than agree, they insisted on a 10% restocking fee if I returned the wrong bike—a direct breach of their published “no-restock fee” policy for supplier errors. They said that they would call me back and email me also to confirm details, I have not heard back as of yet.
I’ve escalated via PayPal and intend to involve Trading Standards if necessary. These practices feel like blatant mis-selling and unfair contract terms. Until they honour their own returns policy—full refund or correct model with no deductions—I cannot recommend this company.
Dont Waste Your Time & Money.
I placed an order on the 1st May 2025 for a scooter for my son. They said it will be delivered within 6 days. I made enquiries after they failed to delivery. They said the lead time is 47 days for delivery. Over 60 days have passed and still no delivery! I made further enquiries. They are now telling me, the lead time has extended by another 60 days and I should expect the delivery at the end of August! Are they seriously expecting customers to wait for 4 months for the delivery of a child's scooter? They failed to notify me of the delay on each occasion. I was waiting around expecting delivery and telling my 5yr old that his scooter should arrive any day now.I have requested a refund as I will look elsewhere, but they are now ignoring my emails. I will try and get my refund by raising a dispute with PayPal.

22 May - Executive called to say delivery delays and offered a white color faster (18 days) instead
4 June - They confirmed delivery will be on time
14 June (after multiple chases) - Delivery is delayed, no confirmation of date
Now I have been chasing them up for days again and still no confirmation of delivery timelines.
Is it a scam???

Bought a few accessories lights, bell, and lock. Good prices.
20 days later
I ordered my bike on the 22nd of May and recieved an email 6 days ago saying it would arrive within 48 hours but was given no tracking so I have no idea what is happening with my bike. They ignore emails, I asked them a simple question about my product day 1 and never got a reply. I would avoid this company or Google them before you do, I wish I did.

A disappointing experience
A disappointing experience. We wanted to purchase a foldable electric bike, and were potentially interested in 3 models. We selected the Fiido L3 based on the fact that they could ship 2 days from when I ordered, and I paid for 1 day delivery (from when it is shipped). The timing was critical for me. The bike never appeared on the day it was meant to be delivered, with no email from eScooter. 4 days later they were still not able to say when it was to be delivered. I asked for a refund and they said that they had to take 10% off the refund because Fiido was going to deduct 10% from them. I feel that eScooter should have taken responsibility and refund me entirely (As I ordred from eScooter, they should take responsibility for keeping me updated on delivery, and also on any deduction that Fiido take from them). I will not order from them again.
