Anas and Has were very helpful when i needed to fix my brakes. The process was quick and painless and the guys were very kind and informative!

Customer service was helpful, credit to Esraa. Delivery dates shown on the website could be managed slightly better but other than that no problems.

They are giving pathetic services to the customer. Once you order they going to charge you 10% refund from your original payment. Even they haven’t shipped your order. Not recommended at all.

My first visit to this establishment after discussing on email my scooter repair requirements.
I had a slow puncture in one of my tires and the guys were more than accommodating and repaired my scooter within 30 minutes while I waited outside with one of their amazing coffees , the service I received was second to none, I will definitely do future business with these guys , highly recommended

Take my word for it if your after a electric scooter, bike or anything this is the company to use customer service is amazing they do everything to help you. They gave me a amazing free upgrade on a item was no longer available which was out of there control why it wasn't available. My son got a miles better present for his birthday. I have ordered electric folding bike from their website and the have option to collect from store. Bike arrived quick and they build it free for me and ready to ride. That's was good

Very unprofessional
I asked for repair and change my rear tyre to solid. They gave me a quote of £140. I approved and when work was done they sent me a bill of £170 and asked why, they said thats a lot of work to change tyre so tyre price was changed to £70 instead of £50. When I went to collect my scooter they had put normal tyre instead of solid absolutely ridiculous.
