The most disgusting unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! Esraa and her team are the most unprofessional customer service representatives I have ever come across! Firstly I ordered a simple cable, for over a week did not arrived, I called them 3 times to be told we DONT HAVE A ORDER! I then showed them proof of the order, they did not apologise they just said “ oh we have found it” I then got a email 3 days later saying your order is ready to be picked up, bare in mind I am in Liverpool and these SCAMMERS are in London, I said this and they said “oh send us the money for the delivery” bare in mind the issues I have had already with them loosing the order, they did not care, anyway I paid for the highest delivery as I wanted the cable, firstly, I was told I had not paid for delivery, I was more or less called a liar, was completely shocked me they told me to pay for delivery via bank transfer, they did not believe me, I had to send them a screen shot of my personal bank account breaching data protection act, it did not arrived for days later, I literally opened it and it was not the correct connection, I packed it up and contacted them on how to return this, I was not responded to for 3 days, I then worked it out how to send the item back, I did this and paid for delivery myself, I then did not hear anything for 3/5 days, until AGAIN, I contacted ESSERA, I was told this below!

Primarily, the absence of the original packaging has complicated the handling process. Moreover, the charger enclosed in the package has sustained damage due to inadequate protection, resulting in noticeable rattling.

Additionally, it's essential to highlight that our return policy allows for a 14-day window for returns, and this particular item was returned after a month. Consequently, we're unable to accept the return due to the damage incurred during transit.

We understand that this resolution may not be ideal for you, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

THIS IS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They have STOLEN MY MONEY, also they breached data protection act I will be taking this as further as I can, I don’t care about the money it’s now principal!

If you value your sanity, and your property and large amounts of cash, then do not use their new shop in ruislip( eastcote ). I told the guy on the counter that l needed a puncture on my inner tube on my back wheel repaired, he told me my wheel was solid and that l needed a new tyre.
Well, even so l left them to get on with. He amitted later that my tyre did have an inner tube. Anyway, roughly four hours later l walked out of the shop. Of course, this review has no reflection on their shop in caledonian road,north of the river.

Perfect fit , good quality, only problem was getting it on but once it goes on everything was perfect

extremely overpriced shop don’t recommend wasting your money got my scooter fixed broke 3 days later had to pay extra 15 pounds to be adjusted including a brake cost like 3 pounds on aliexpress trying to sell it for 35 pounds for each brake customer service is horrible as ive made fun of definitely not going back there again choose your mechanic carefully guys.

After my last visit there was something not quite right with my scooter. I returned the scooter and after carefully listening to my explanation, asking some questions, Chris knew exactly what the issue was. After about 10 mins no exaggeration, he had sorted the problem! I was able to ride home on my scooter in top form. I not a big review writer but I really recommend these guys and their helpful honest attitude! If you need assistance check them out!
