Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Was never able to get the eSIM to fully activate and was railroaded by multiple customer service representatives into revealing a lot of personal information for ultimately no reason. They were never able to fix my issue and were unwilling to try any other solution to get the service to work. I recommend everyone avoid this company. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy

Senior Approval
I used the Holafly esim on a recent 10 day cruise in Portugal and Spain, which included a port of call each day. I am a senior and was able to download without issues. Connection in ports of call were immediate and reception great. Price for 10 days for unlimited data was reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Second time using Holafly
This was second time I’d used Holafly while traveling and it was a separate geographical area. I easily turned off my normal phone number and turned on Holafly when our plane landed. It was seemless. We had a WiFi device in the car, and that often didn’t get a signal, but my Holafly service always did. It worked great!
