Worst service of my life

Honestly the worst service I have experienced in my whole life. I paid 10€ for an eSIM profile that never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times, they finally answered but really were not able to understand my problem no matter how clearly I explained it to them. I chatted with them for a while back and forth but I finally gave up. They are essentially thieves.

Installed on Galaxy A40 and have yet to roam but the process so far easy and customer support excellent

I recognise frustrations and complaints from other users of eSIM.me

The idea of the product great. My phone has a dual sim, but no eSIM option.

I works like this: you install the sim and app. Buy the appropriate country/regional data package on their site and receive an email with a QR code that contains the data bundle that you purchased. That, you upload in the app.
Unfortunately that's where it goes wrong 2-3 out or five times.

Getting in contact with Customer support by creating a 'ticket' in your account, on the site , does not work. They simply don't reply. Getting in contact while they are supposedly online as a helpdesk is not possible.

One could say it is annoting that it does work sometimes. This keeps you buy and try, till you give up and throw it in the trash eventually, like I did.

Terrible customer support

I am not sure how good the product is, but the customer support seems nonexistent. I submitted a question, and got the customary automated acknowledgement e-mail with a ticket number. After weeks with no further response, I resubmitted the question on the same ticket. No response. After a couple of months with my travel date nearing, I resubmitted again on a new "high priority" ticket. No response.

Very good product but slow response

I have been using eSIM.me card for the last two months and am very happy with their product. Even now, I have an eSIM.me card installed on my Samsung phone and using Nomad and Airalo, which work without a blemish. I think that some of the respondents have been unnecessarily critical and unkind. I don't think it is a scam. However, their response time is slow, which is not good for their image and frustating for their customers. They need to set up a WhatsApp helpline to address live the customers' problems.

Non existent customer support

I have been trying to reach them for about a month now, for a question .

3 different emails. No response.

They never ever reply

Avoid them, they are definitely scam business.

Very disappointed


Very disappointed – No support since May

> I purchased an esim.me card and initially it worked fine. But since May, my eSIM profiles have disappeared, and I can no longer recover them through the app.

I contacted support multiple times through their website and email and have received no reply for over a month.

I followed all troubleshooting steps (reinstalling app, reseating the SIM card, trying on another device), but the issue remains.

For a paid product, this level of support is unacceptable.

If you rely on your eSIM for travel or work – stay away.

I am still waiting for assistance. If esim.me sees this, please check and respond to my ticket urgently.

Issues resolved promptly

Had issues, team responded promptly within 24 hours after opening a ticket within their website. They sorted out to send 2 new esim.me v2 cards. Highly recommend if you do not want to buy expensive high end phone for esim. Cheaper and better for environment. Check if your phone is suitable by downloading the app on phone. Had the esim.me card v1since 2023 and has been working well. The V1 card has been updated to new V2 card which is an improvement.

All the 1 star reviews are true

As one other person said before me, I wish I had come to Trustpilot before buying with this horrible company. The product I received did not work on my phone even after trying all the tips on the website. From then on, started a lengthy process of trying to get any support from them, responded after many days with a confusing email about something I never asked, and after more waiting for any support, I get a last email refunding my order and saying I have "made false assumptions", "accusations" and "I owe them an apology". It was the most infantile, not professional dealing I've ever seen. JUST DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They need to realize that 1) their product does not work and 2) they have the worst customer service.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company, the Esim works only when it wants to. Keeps dropping reception , phone sometimes says there is no Sim card in it.
And when you make a ticket they never answer , I made one with high priority on may 15th. And today its may 27th and they still haven't replied. So this Sim cards will be burned in a ceremony while cursing over the company.

It never worked

no assistance

I purchased an esim.me card for my device, Redmi 8 PRO which from the app indicated it was compatible with V1 and V2 sim cards. Upon receiving the card and inserting it into the slot, it fails to be identified by the device. I have already written several messages to support and no one gives me answers. Order ID- #319078

Terrible esim experience

I’ve had the eSIM installed for about a week now and it refuses to work at all. It always gives me an error whenever I attempt to download a profile for me to use with the sim. I have already contacted support regarding the issue and have never heard back from them.
