I have to say, my first impression after getting this was pure disappointment.
I bought your eSIM after many friends raved about it. The download was easy and I have full signal, but I’m stuck with a major issue: I can't send or receive any texts. What’s worse is that I’m being charged for messages that are never actually delivered.
It's a frustrating start, but I’m hoping you can help me fix this as soon as possible. I’d really like to turn this experience around and have a great reason to stay.

I was stranded in LAX. What I needed was a way to make phone calls so I could catch another plane home. I bought a plan for your app and enjoyed about 10 minutes of call time before it cut out. To purchase enough points to complete my call would cost me another $100 approximately. No thanks.

The app is easy to use and understand. I like the service, but I don't remember getting notified about my phone number subscription ending. It's hard to remember that it is due. I like the number that I choose, but it's easy to lose that number, then you have to choose a new number. But other than that, the service is satisfying.

I purchased a virtual number. The Q&A section says "Feel free to start using it for making calls and exchanging msgs as soon as you complete the purchase", when I tried to send a msg it said that verification through support was needed to activate it, that's already contradictory. Ok, I tried to reach out to support both through the App and through email, 5 hours have passed and no answer yet! I haven't found a way to get a refund.
