I have been considering purchasing an Eskiin hand held filtered shower head for a while. Money is tight for us so I have not made the purchase until today. I mistakenly created two orders. I immediately sent a message requesting one be cancelled. Skye Immediately fixed the problem I created. She has cemented my loyalty to this company by being so responsive. I am more than impressed.

I can’t say enough good things about Eskiin as a company and about your support team. In a world where real customer care feels almost nostalgic, you stand out in the best possible way. It’s rare to find a company that not only believes in its products but treats its customers with genuine kindness and attention.
What began as a simple question turned into an experience that exceeded my expectations and reminded me that there are still companies out there that truly care.

We had been reading how dangerously unsafe using municipal water was to bathe in. We already had a water purifier for our drinking water and decided to choose a shower filter.
Eskiin was what we chose after researching exhaustively. Everything they promised we discovered was true.
Our skin softened and felt squeaky clean and we both noticed how much better our hair looked without using so many products.
Another plus, since using the Eskiin filter our shower stays clean for so long and that means less cleaning. Yay! Also, our shower liner seemed to get mold rather quickly around the bottom edge before but in the 6 months of use we just don't see that.
Thank you, Eskiin. Give them a try, you have nothing to lose and absolutely only good things to gain. We cannot be without this fabulously effective filter.

The Eskin is by far the best quality shower head I’ve ever used. It doubled the water pressure at least 2x and yields a soft, delicate yet powerful stream. Feels great! And, Skye in customer service has been amazing. Highly recommend this product!

It's a very nice showerhead with great pressure but does not filter out hard water at all. Guess not! After three months I already have buildup on the shower head. I'm guessing I misunderstood what the shower head could do, but I thought it filtered out. Hard water and other impurities.

The products were even better than I expected. The customer service was so personal and helpful, I have ordered for gifts!

I love this filtered shower head! I have hard water and it's helped my smooth out my hair and keep my skin from drying out. Also, customer service is amazing if you have any questions or issues. They responded quickly and were super friendly and helpful.

We don’t have a hard or chemical laden water problem or skin issues but was definitely interested in filtering out things that shouldn't be sprayed on our bodies. We used the smallest regulator and did experience the cold to hot mix throughout the shower process. Biggest thing we all noticed is that it used a whole tank of hot water per shower! With 6 people showering daily that’s a big problem. My water bill also went up every month the Eskiin shower head was installed. A month ago I bought a $25 Delta shower head & we can take 3 showers in a row all with hot water and great pressure and my water bill has gone back down to pre-Eskiin amounts. Highly don’t recommend.

This was a gift from my daughter. I love it and will and have recommended it to friends and family.

I just took my first shower with the Eskiin showerhead. OMG! It was fabulous. SPA-LIKE! I felt an instant difference. My hair feels smooth and shiny and my scalp feels invigorated!

I have felt that our shower water has seemed ‘hard’ lately. Also, a few months ago, I started noticing my scalp was itchy, flaky & hair shedding. I also have a special needs daughter and while she has beautiful, thick, long hair, I noticed she was breaking out a bit on her body. Her first shower she was smiling ear to ear.

I just installed my showerhead and cannot believe the immediate change in my skin. I can’t wait to see moving forward! Also, customer service is outstanding. I received an email that my auto ship was ready for my new filter. I explained that we had just installed the showerhead and weren’t ready for a new filter yet. The response via email was immediate. She gave me several options to choose from and I chose to just skip this one. In the follow up email, I was notified that the next order was skipped and when to expect the next shipment. She reminded me about the portal if I needed to make any additional changes. She never once told me to use the portal vs. her personal help. All at 6:30 in the morning CST.❤️👍🏻

Hi, I got the wall shower for almost a year, and I am changing the filter as I suppose to do it, however the shower head has lost the pressure and the water feeling of needles on my skin is so strong that I had to change it for a regular shower. Could you please let me know how csn I fix this situation without loosing the pressure of the water?

Ok so I did hear from Eskin and received replacement of what caused the issue. I am updating my review to say that things did get situated out. When you order something that is supposed to be top of the line item and when there are issues you expect a certain response. It has been taken care of and I updated this to reflect. BUT I do hope that things are better when the subscription for filters start.. The product is GREAT so far I will say. I didnt realize it was plastic but seems to hold up well.

I'm really loved my Eskiin showerhead...but for some reason it didn't work with the pressure in my home. I sent it back and I am very impressed at how easy the return process was! Thank you so much...greatly appreciated!

I live in the outskirts of Columbia, South Carolina in an older neighborhood where our water and sewer pipes are at least sixty years ago. Now, after Covid, our water is leaving major calcium deposits and blackish stains in our commodes and our bath tubs and sinks. I purchased the shower filters for the showers and what a difference this has made for our hair and bath room utilities. My hair is softer and my tubs are not built up in a week with black red stains. I only wonder what was getting into our skin.

Shower is Plastic, unfortunately. But the water feels nice and has good water pressure. I did have an issue with my first filter replacement and their customer service was excellent and replaced the bad filter with no issues. The one thing I have noticed is that the shower head does not filter out everything they say it does. Still has hard water build up on the shower head, which shouldn't happen.

I have had a few issues with the shower head but the customer service has been five stars.

I ordered this shower head because I could smell the chlorine and other chemicals in the city water. My hair was falling out. I was practically living on Benadryl from skin rashes. As soon as I started using it my skin cleared up and my hair stopped falling out. I wish I could post a picture. Yesterday was my first filter change and I was amazed at what the old filter looked like. This product is amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Eskiin is possibly the best company I have ever had contact with. And, frankly, that’s no easy feat as I am 78 years old. I’ve been around the block a few times. Their customer service is above reproach. It is the quickest, most personal experience I’ve ever had. The product is fantastic and I think I have the hardest yuckiest water in the world. It makes it bearable. I love the founders approach to life and business. They are fresh and a role model that companies should surely follow. Ya all rock!!

This seems to be a well made product using good materials and works as advertised. I’ve been using this for three months with zero problems. Immediately noticed that my back was much less itchy, assuming from the filtration. Shower has a nice, soft feel that I enjoy. Customer Service has been world class, helping with questions and an adjustment to my filter replacement schedule. Glad that I took a chance on this!
