Very impressed
Some say the best things about a company is how they react to something going wrong, I generally don’t leave much reviews but it was how they reacted which really impressed me.
Royal Mail delivered my order to wrong address in which after contacting support they kept in contact with me throughout and then when it was clear Royal Mail were not going to be much use the company was quick to rectify this and offer a solution
It was how customer support reacted that left me impressed and would recommend them without hesitation
