Can’t fault the process. Put an enquiry in for my car and was contacted later that day. Arranged a time to look at the car. Agreed a price and paid by transfer their and then. Car was collected the following day. Very easy process.

Essex car buyer were quick to get back to me when I first contacted them and we arranged a time for them to view the car. They arrived when they said they would, and we agreed a price for the car. The V5 form needed to be replaced and so £250 was held back until they received it. I sent on the replacement V5 form within 3 days and they confirmed that they had received it.

This was over a month ago and despite multiple emails and text messages I have not received the £250. This is very frustrating and something that should have been quick to resolve. I would not recommend using their services"

An excellent experience. I cannot fault selling my car to this company at all. From start to finish, the people I dealt with were friendly, punctual, courteous and very fair. I found their personal service to be like a breath of fresh air unlike the very common automated service from faceless people. I was very happy with the price that I was offered for my car which I gladly accepted. May this company go from strength to strength and I wish them every deserved success in the future.

The two chaps that came out to look at my car were very helpful. They were also very polite. Once we made a deal to sell my car the money went into my bank account straight away. I would highly recommend them.

This is by far the most straightforward way to sell your car. Made a call after getting a quote and got an appointment for the next day. After the car was inspected, was offered a price close to the initial quote and was very satisfied with the explanation given for the reduction which was not much. The payment was sent to my account immediately and didn't have to do anything else apart from handing over the keys. The service was great and appreciate the experience.

Great experience from start to finish. Filled out a form on their website on a Saturday for a quick online quote to have grant come Sunday morning and collect the car.

My Skoda Octavia had finance which was cleared by them on the spot and a purchase invoice sent the next day.
