Some etching primer had been dripped onto our bumper, which removed the car’s paint. It was repaired at home today by Simon. A brilliant job with thanks.

I recently had the pleasure of Tony Canadamasa to repair two dents on my BMW X5, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, Tony provided an outstanding level of service that exceeded my expectations in every way.

First and foremost, the quality of his work is exceptional. The dents were repaired flawlessly, and my car looks as good as new. Tony’s attention to detail and expertise are clearly evident in the finished product.

The woman who worked at Essex Smart Repairs was “pulling faces” about me to another customer. I literally pulled in and said to her that I was finding a parking space. Not sure what customer service that was.. i just turned around and left. Even the other customer was shocked.

Would recommend the company 100% - Terri was amazingly helpful, my recent purchase of a Range Rover Autobiography has the usual drivers seat and a bit of passenger seat wear. Shaun the technician managed to get to me next day, spend a good couple or more hours working on the perforated leather and it now looks like brand new. He even managed to mask off the blue stitching (Ivory seats). Will certainly be using ESR again when needed.

Needed a small dent in the (A?) pillar sorted. It was awkward to deal with but Phil made a great job of filling and spraying. I know where the dent was but can’t spot anything now. My car was left clean but Phil apologised for any dust he might have missed. Excellent repair from polite and friendly technician - would use again and recommend.

Needed repair to a badly damaged rear door and the the front wing - quite given in photos - very reasonable- advised to drop off Tuesday morning for Friday return - done as promised at the price quoted and the car was gleaming- great service from Terri will use again but hope I don't need to 😀

I took a pair of shorts to the shop which had a faulty zip on. I was so grateful, they said it may need a new zip but once they took it in it and looked at it, it didn’t need a new one and were able to mend it. I was also expecting to pay something but they didn’t charge me which was great! Lovely people, very kind and eager to help.

Very professional and organised . Would definitely use again and recommend. Using their donor wheel as I had no spare was a great help!

I made a call on Thursday afternoon and got a quote the same day. The work was done the next day and Simon turned up on time. The quote given turned out to be correct and the work was done extremely well. He told me how all the work would be done and gave an accurate estimate of time needed.Our motorhome now looks as good as new after our door and front wheel arch were sanded and painted. A professional company who have been superb in all aspects. Thank you Simon

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! I contacted them last minute as I had been let down by another company. Was returning my lease car (Mercedes) and there was a number of deep scratches on the body work. They not only managed to fit me in with 24 hours notice but came to my house, were punctual and professional and the car went back to the lease company with no additional cost. The bloke who did the work was friendly and professional.

I had Jack come to my house to repair a dent that was clearly visible on the passenger side of my car. Once he finished the job, my car looked showroom ready—it was like the dent had never been there! He even helped me with a minor repair on my passenger wing mirror at no extra charge. Excellent repairs for alloy wheel , paint work scratches and a minor dent. Three different occasions, two excellent repairers and one happy customer. Always honest and professional and I would 100% recommend, so difficult to find trustworthy tradesmen in this day and age.

Had a couple of dents to passenger side wing due to wheelie bin falling on the car during the recent strong winds. Shane the technician did a fantastic job and it is impossible to tell that there were ever any dents! He even spotted another older dent on the roof of the car during inspection and managed to fix that as well.
Would highly recommend and insist on Shane if he covers your area!
