I am surprised by the positive feedback here. I asked for a quote and tried to discuss my specific needs. Not only was their quote way more than anyone else but Terri exhibited a downright patronising and obnoxious attitude. I called another car dent repair company who know exactly what is needed to meet the repair standards for car lease/PCP requirements and quoted much less. Avoid until they fix their arrogant "we know better than you" pompous attitude.

Very impressed. Called up at around 10am and by 12noon my scuffed alloy wheel was back to pristine condition. I am a bit of a perfectionist but could not believe how good a job was done. Would recommend to anyone.

My BMW 5 series suffered significant damage to the paintwork on the base of the front bumper. I sent some photos in to Essex Smart Repair. The service for repair was arranged really quickly with minimal fuss. The technician Steve came to my door to repair the car. He has done such an amazing job really went over and above. I can tell he really takes pride in his work. I am so happy with the finish really blew my expectation. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and superb quality of work!
One of the alloy wheels in my car was broken on a pot hole, hence, I had to repair it, however, in the end I decided to refurbish all 4 alloy wheels - mind you, there were all badly corroded and school-run curbs-damaged, in my layman opinion even beyond the repair.
The job they have done was sterling! I did not recognize my own car, as the wheels looked brand new, even better than new. On the top of it they even washed my car- amazing service, very professional and friendly customer service advisor Josh updated me on the work, so the collection of the car was easy.
I would recommend these guys for any car repairs! Well done guys!

Had some scuff marks on my back bumper which I had tried to repair with touch up paint but I made it look even worse. Jacek removed the mess I had made and did a fantastic job, such that it now looks like it has just come out of the showroom again. Amazing technology used to get a perfect job done and Jacek was really friendly and answered all my questions. Could not speak more highly from booking it, seeing the expert job done, to getting the receipt emailed to me within 5 minutes of speaking to Sue in the office. Would highly recommend.

Colin Smith repaired a scuff and tear in plastic bumper, excellent job, cannot see any evidence of the damage and paint job is marvellous, can highly recommend.

I needed a speedy repair to a lease vehicle, Essex smart repairs came to my rescue a few days later. Colin attended and did an A1 job to an alloy, making it look brand new and exactly as it had before I grinded it along a kerb swerving to miss an oncoming skip lorry. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a repair to a scuffed wheel.

Found these guys via Google after being mucked about and ultimately let down by another company and received a competitive quote so, to support a local company, chose these to complete the repair to the bumper scuff I put on my Fiesta. Received a quote via return email promptly then spoke to Josh to book the appointment and found his pleasant and easy to deal with. Jacek turned up right on time to complete the repair and worked quickly and neatly, completing just in time for me to use the car to get to work. The repair isn't even a repair, it's as good (better?!) than new and you would never know there had been a problem. Highly recommend.
