I have checked and you do not have an account with the eStore nor do we ship to Mexico so I believe there is some confusion and you did not mean to leave this review here as you have never bought from our online store. Our store does not sell X-ray detectors on the eStore, only consumables as well as some spare parts and accessories. If you have a detector that you have bought from a division of Oxford Instruments you would have to contact the Service Department of the business unit that you bought the detector from. I am guessing that it might be X-ray the website is https://xray.oxinst.com/ - We do not stock any spare parts for X-ray on the eStore so unfortunately I am unable to help you further but I hope that if you contact the service department of the website above they should be able to help you further. Follow-up
I submitted a previous review about a delivery delay, so the Oxford e-store followed up on that and informed me that the delay was due to UPS experiencing weather issues. We are expecting the delivery today.

Hi Linda, thanks for your review, I have checked on the system and the payment was received on 28th Feb and the parcel was released and scanned for pickup on this day, however if you check the UPS tracking the parcel was delayed for reasons out of our control (the weather):

Thankfully it is out for delivery now: Estimated delivery: Thursday, March 07 by End of Day
The trustpilot invitation is triggered by dispatch and unfortunately isn't linked to UPS so won't know that your parcel has been delayed with the courier, apologies for that.

Double VAT charge!!
Overpriced, slow shipping and sourced from overseas so don't be fooled by the UK shopfront. This company charged me VAT and then I received another VAT invoice from their importer. Would be fine if they tried to sort this out, but firmly attempted to fob it off onto me. Won't be using again.

Thank you for your review. Sorry you have had issues with the import duties. We are a UK company but our warehouse is based in the Netherlands so we DHL do charge import duties for orders in the UK.
