I purchased a hoodie from this website, and immediately after the website took my payment, my bank called me with a fraud alert, but I figured that the product is from China so it’s not a big deal. The hoodie took a very long time to show up. When I received the actual package, the quality of the hoodie was terrible. What I’ve been advertised on the website was a hoodie, with patches, sewn onto it. And the hoodie itself was made up of two different fabrics that looked like they were sewn together. What I received was the cheapest material, screen printed image. So I emailed customer service and they have legitimately been so rude. It started with “hey, I’d like to return my order” to which they replied “please provide a picture for proof of purchase” so I took a picture of my hoodie and sent it to them. They responded with “there seems to be nothing wrong with your item, please keep it” to which I replied “no thank you I’d like to return it, I need a refund.”. They replied “please keep your item”. So I sent them a detailed description of the item that I got versus what was advertised on their website . They haven’t responded but I’m sure it will be the same thing. Please never buy from this website. It’s a total scam.

This company is currently doing business as (dba) Lookyno. I googled them and nothing concerning came up, so I made a purchase. The website looked legit aside from grammatical errors. The charge on my credit card is coming through as Bin Estrella GMBH. I googled that and found this page. I was duped. Now, I'm sure the shoes won't arrive.

Total scam I just checked my tracking and it said it was delivered to my courtyard/mailbox. Nothing is out there. I am beyond pissed and I’m mad at myself too.

This company is a scam I have been tracking my parcel since I order it only for me to check yesterday and they said delivered which I never received anything they don’t respond to email

I would like to report this website (dlepal !!!) to be scammers. There are spelling mistakes on the website, they did marketing on instagram - and my package has been there for 4 months almost. They never give a tracking number, they said I would get money back if it didn't arrive but then never got the money and sudden they keep telling me to wait. Always giving the same answer.

Please put it online so nobody will have my problem

This company is a total scam! ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS Google the company name or product before sending $$$. My bad, my lesson. In Jan. 2023, paid $25 for a "mini-bottle collectable" thing. Never saw it. Emailed them for info. They apologized. Said they would send the order. Never received it, never heard from them again. NOW THEIR STORE IS "CLOSED"!

I ordered pair of shoues from online shopping store name called joysav.com bellongs to BinEstrella GmbH on March 2023. But I still didn't receive the item. So I contact them through thier emails. They replied me that they have send the item to a wrong address and they asked me to wait few days. As well as they promised me to return 50% from the item value. I waited over 2 months and I didnt receive the item. Then I sent an emails and asked them to return my money. They promised me to refund But now almost been over 5 months from the ordered day. I didnt receive my item or my money back. How can we make a complain for this company? They stole our money professionally in worldwide.

Bin Estrella Gmbh Co, I believe I got scam I purchased four dress from them in June haven't received them yet they say they already sent them check with my neighbors,they give a tracking number I've check and the last one the show was on July 4th stating waiting on USPS to pick them up. So anyone who see this Company or Clearance K, they said their out of Darmstadt Germany they contact them and I did with a statement saying they delivered them but not saying when and what delivery company they used.

My sister is gonna kill me i used her credit card to order for items from this company making a total of 147 usd i paid and now they are not responding after giving me a confirmation & shipping code and deducting the money from the credit card.

I placed an order for Stanley cup and never received my product. The tracking number says it was delivered to San Juan, PR. I believe I have been scammed as I have sent out 3 emails and no response. I spent a total of $25.89. Scammers website is Stanlcy1913.com.

It's a big time scam. I have ordered about 20 pieces of clothes 3 months ago, I've been trying to track my order after promising to be shipped in 2 weeks but I haven't received anything yet. every time I send an email they ask me to be patient. I will do my best to track the company and sue them.

DON’T buy from this company. Big Time SCAM. I ordered a slipcover for my loveseat in March. Nothing!

I ordered something through a site called custom b2c. It’s been weeks and nothing has been revived. They stopped answering my emails. And others listed on the site don’t even work. It’s owned by this company. Do not ever use these animals.
