Ordered photo scanner on Facebook, money was taken but no product ... it's been almost 2 months! Emails are returned unsent. SCAM-SCAM

Ordered a photo-scanner at facebook. They take the payment but do not send the item. The given postal tracking-number is unknown. They do not reply on emails.

Totally a scammer, I ordered several items and according to them they gave me a tracking # and when I try to see the information, no update appears. This happened on January 30/2023, this company is scamming people.😡

if I could give less than 1 star I would. I placed an order for 2 Wooden Solar System - Cosmos Learning Game Toy and only got 1. I have sent multiple emails and have not heard anything back from them. very disappointing

It would seem they found a tracking number that was in use and sent it to me so I could track. That item was delivered to an address 400kms from me.

These people are scammers! I ordered some cute clothes! And they keep asking if my package was ever delivered. I say no I never got any package. And they ask again! And when I don’t get a reply. They send an automated emails.

These scammers advertised discounted postage stamps on Facebook and their website as if they were USPS. Their website looks very professional, but it has nothing to do with USPS. The company doesn't even specialize in stamps. My credit card was declined for suspected fraud, thank God. Has anyone had these scammers steal their card # and make purchases using their card? Should I cancel my card?

SCAM! Never order from this company!! They use companynames Luminoua and Tamgmu. I have not received any package so my money is gone. They don't answer on email and they changes emailadresses.

I also ordered received email saying order is being prepared. Emailed once since then my emails come back saying no such email found.
Total scammers. Why are the allowed on platforms like Facebook and Instagram!! If we get given the third degree when opening a fb or Instagram account re age etc why aren't these scammers too. They are thieves prying on innocent people!

SCAM do not order from these my order didn't arrive I contacted them with various emails , which they came back with different excuses , said did I want a refund and said they had done it and would get refunded never got it and now the contact email is just returning saying no such email , they are still going under different names but all come back to the same company name and address so far they trade under DSETEAO, Luminoua.com.,Caarissa . They just keep changing their name everytime they get reported

I ordered 2 items on the 26/11/22 and paid for fast shipment,which they stated on their website takes 3-6 working days,my order is still stuck on awaiting shipment, I've never recoved a tracking email, only confirmation of order, after a month I emailed them and asked wjere it was at they kept making excuses saying it wasn't on stock, then they are sending delivery's out by order time and others.

I then recently tried to email them in regards to where my shipment stands and have suddenly started receiving bounce backs although I've used the same email as last time.

Do not order from this company as they are a scam company they take your money, make up excuses and then shut down thier email system so you can no longer send emails to them.

Scammers, take your money and you get nothing, Their website looks professional and legit to the unsuspecting fool but beware. Their disclaimer actually says they use third party and they are "not liable" (I never read it until after).
Beware of Shobing! They use this Mobelli bin Estrella as part of their company name or whatever! It uses a different name for payment (reviews say scam...piadocou)
It's a scam out of China!
They give you a tracking number once you pay, doesn't show up for a few days, then it tracks through China ((I google mapped the warehouse address, it does exist). They take exactly 21 days to show it has reached your country, then nothing! They use Track 718! Scam too!

They advise "over stocked" "free shipping" and use a few different names. Take your money and email you, but then the email address doesn't work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!

They appear on Facebook marketplace under various names - currently as a clothing retailer called Neo-Sue and their contact address is Bin Estrella GmbH in Germany.
They do not send goods, they simply take your payments and they then ignore all your attempts to contact them.
They have been reported to Facebook many times but just keep changing their name as it’s a great way of scamming cash from market place users.

Complete scam rip off I ordered pots and pans from a so called flash sale on November 28th 2022 its now December 31st and nothing they have said the couriers r on vacation for the holidays.
