I’m writing this review for the store that is also owned by Bin Estrella GmbH, Klydear.com . DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KLYDEAR. The products they display on their website are completely different qualities from the products you receive. Plus they give no notice that your package will be shipping from China so it will take over a month to be delivered. And not to mention the terrible customer service of the person responding via the customer service email.

I placed the order on December 8, 2022 and received nothing! I tried to email and get a automated reply from postmaster saying cannot deliver! When I checked the tracking on their website it said it was delivered to me five days later after my order on the 13th. That is a lie and that is impossible coming from where it was coming from.

I ordered the Bast From The Past Diaz unit. Never received the unit. E mailed company as was told to wait a little more time because of logistics. After thirty days got no more response from the company as the visa return policy had expired. Note: I also kept receiving an e mail that a certain shipping carrier wanted $3.00 to send a package. I don’t know if this is part of the scam.

I also placed a order on 11/26/22, never received a email saying my order was shipped, I've been emailing them and no response, scammers for sure

Total scam. Ordered items, no contact, no deliveries, no reply to e-mails, e-mails returned saying no one at the address. Taken my money and totally scammed me.

🚨🚨🚨SCAM🚨🚨🚨. Sent them several emails no response. Can’t even dispute the transaction with the bank because they have not replied. Says awaiting shipment and has done for the past two months.

I ordered off your company and it is still not here and I bet you have a bureau of business in Germany and I can get a hold of them you accepted my payment now it can either be returned or the items will be shipped to me before Christmas that's all there is to it

Same as all above. SCAM. I ordered and have no product, no refund and unable to contact. The authorities shld be called and this so called company shld be prosecuted and prevented from any activity in the US.

I ordered goods order nr TC-A32900 on 21 Nov and till today no any info and try to call them given add in Germany Darmstadt and no answer. I have also being scammed by this company. fake e-mails and fake goods. I don't know Why this Trustpilot doesn't do anything? about it is well. scam scam scamm

What a disgusting Company preying on people with the offer of good deals, I’ve raised this with my fraud department , everyone affected needs raise a fraudulent case report otherwise they get away with it.
Vile people on this earth, first time I’ve been scammed, 😞

SCAM! They have several fake websites, but contact details all show this same “parent” company name and fake address in Germany. They are in fact based in Hong Kong. Ordered a product, was given a fake tracking number. Never received product, and of course couldn’t get hold of anyone at the company. Avoid at all costs.

I hate that you all got scammed, but I’m grateful for the reviews. I got all the way to entering by card # before deciding it would only take a minute to search for reviews. Boy am I glad I did. Their latest hype is that some of the items are even made in-house in Portland. They give the company address of 515 Berkley Street,Philadelphia,PA, USA. Go ahead and google it; it doesn’t exist. Thanks again, and I pray you get your money back. 🙏

trading as ZEGUNGE (this week) but this is just one of its many incarnations of scamming via Facebook ads.

I bought a flat pack pantry cabinet before reading these reviews. The company looks legit on its website except that the ‘About Us’ description is such poor English and makes no sense! Everything else looks legit and sucked us into this scam. However the company enoughfunny.shop has no reviews and the other heading on the website Eenteiabeauty does not exist. They must change their name all the time, but retain the Bin Estrella parent company name supposedly registered in Germany.

AS WITH EVERYONE ELL,S I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF PLEASE PUT A RED FLAG UP ON THIS COMPANY ON FACEBOOK ,I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELL,S FROM FACEBOOK

My partner ordered items from them via Facebook…wish I knew she was as they are nothing but thieves, scamming using fake photos of others items at reduced prices to con you out off money. Then do not answer any Emails..

I wish I seen this page sooner :(. I lost 72€ on my packages. They show me that it is delivered in China and in Dubai :) Well I live in Lithuania. I made huge mistake, but I will learn from it. I was searching for reviews but I couldn't find them, I found them only then when I wrote the company name. I wrote them two letters, but I don't think they will reply to me because of the refund. IT'S A SCAM. EVERYTHING THERE IS SO CHEAP. AT ONE SECOND I WAS REALLY PESSIMISTIC about it, and I wasn't wrong.
