Apps take forever to be reviewed, by the time I was approved I was no longer interested in using the service. Totally unnecessary product. Using literally any crypto service would be a better experience than this product.
A company culture of excellence
I've had several interactions with support to get through a few issues. My first issue was not finding the info needed as they instructed. They were timely in responding. After I forwarded a screen shot of my problem I was advised that I was on the exchange site and not their's as needed. :) In the subsequent interaction they were there to assist and processed quickly. Onboarding generally gets more attention than subscribers, however, I'm confident when a problem arises I'll receive the same level of service.

There's a lot involved in getting cross-border payments working and they've made it happen. Support is quick and effective.
They received and blocked the funds after approving the account
I wired the funds to this company which was offered to me by Kraken, as the only way to forward to my Kraken account.
I applied to open an account with Etana. During the process, I provided all the documents that they required. It took them 3 days to review the documents and approve the account. Following that, I wired the funds. It was received on the day. They released the funds after 72 hours, as agreed before. After 10 days they sent me an email asking for the same documents that I had provided at the time I applied for the account.
I ignored the email as I considered that to be sent by error. Asking for the same documents again!!???. # days late r they disabled the account. No action can be taken. They havent responded to any of my emails for the last 3 days. I'm not sure what is going on. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Told me to open another bank account
Was trying to buy crypto and the exchange said I had to use Etna. Etna told me after couple days that my bank (that leads most customer service surveys) could not handle transactions from Etna so asked me to open another bank account. Made no sense to me so I used debit card from same bank instead that worked fine.
Help was was provided quickly and clearly by their support people.
I needed help getting my bank account verified- accepted etc through Etana and is was provided quickly and clearly by their support people.

I have been waiting 1 month for a deposit to be credited in my etana account. I asked for updates and there's no answer from their support team. Whatever the amount is, etana should answer and give regular updates to their users. Do not recommend.
