Have never had an issue with anything…
Have never had an issue with anything other than adding a new funding account. Support said this does not automatically get flagged in their system for them to approve, which is why it sat unapproved for a few weeks. Not sure why the system is set up like that but the support for this issue was quickly handled when I asked for help

Opening Business Account at Etanan Custody
Recently I've opened a business account with Etana Custody. I must say the paperwork for KYC profiling are a little tedious. However, this is mitigated with timely and helpful customer service. Kudos to Mr. Tomas (Etana Support) for his excellent work.

Service is really convenient. All KYC so far were legitimate and without any unnecessary complications. Fund transactions takes reasonable time to reach destination. Customer support are really helpful.
Quick Response
Recently I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response from Etana. I've become used to somewhat delayed response from some crypto brokers, and this experience was better than I'm used to. They assisted me with a login issue I was having.
So far, after using Etana for about a year, I haven't had any issues, I've rated them highly as a great company to deal because too often its only when folks are upset, they leave reviews. Anyway, here's to hoping that my experience continues to be positive.
Fast, Convenient!
I’ve been using Etana for nearly a month now and have experienced top notch service every time. My 4 digit withdrawal was processed within 5 hours! I highly recommend this service. Just make sure to authenticate everything properly beforehand and maybe ask support if everything is in order for you to go ahead with withdrawals/deposits the first time! Doing so would probably put your mind at ease, and you will have a record of confirmation. WAGMI
I changed my phone
I changed my phone, and was not aware of transferring the Google Authenticator app. Using the help option they were able to walk me trough how to regain access to my account.
Waiting for support is way too long.
Every time I needed support, it took at least to weeks to get a response. I must say, that, when I got in touch with anyone, the support was really good and helpful, but the waiting time is definitely annoying.
I also had other issues with the Brokers they work with due to the country I am currently living in (Uzbekistan). I opened an account at Kraken, and two months later they decided to close down my account. I got in touch with Etana Support and they suggested to open an account at EXMO, and it was just a nightmare. I transferred funds to that account but the money never got there, so I had my money stuck in this Etana/EXMO account for 4 months. It is not clear to me what happened, but I have switched to Binance so I don't need Etana any longer and I have been really satisfied with Binance account.
Unfortunately I won't work with Etana any more, it was a bad experience for me.

Avoid using Etana if at all possible
I have now used Etana twice to deposit funds into my account in order to transfer to my Kraken account. The first took nearly a month to reach my Etana account and the second deposit is still mia after 20 days and counting. Terrible service, terrible support. I just get the same cut and paste response to my support ticket. Avoid them like the plague, there's got to be a better way

I am very impressed with the quality of service received from Etana. The responses to all of my questions and concerns have been clear, concise and professional. The speed with which my questions in reference to deposits, transfers and withdrawals have been quite helpful and alleviated my apprehensions. I will certainly continue with Etana

I wonder where's my money at?
so I withdraw my funds from kraken to Etana last November 28, 2021, and since then I haven't received my funds yet. I emailed them twice a day, and it tooks 1 to 2 days before they replied, and most of the time I only received a generate response from them. I seek help to my bank to trace the wire transfer, and they said it's hard for them to trace it since they aren't the one who transact my transfers. it's been 16 days, and I haven't received any money from them. I really need my money back, my daughter is in the hospital, I got tons of bills need to be payed. if anyone of you can suggest me on how to recover my CAD 4733.37. please help me.. my ticket number is 289958, and my Etana's custody account number is SR50316DR.
Numerous issues from day one!!!
When I first set-up Etana, I waited absolutely ages for my account to be authenticated. It was only eventially authenticated when I chased them. It was working fine for a few days, and now I have login issues (even though I've changed nothing at my end). I've raised a ticket, but waiting to hear back. From reading other people's reviews, Etana seems like an absolute nightmare in terms of quality of service.
