Terrible , requested a birthday delivery and it arrived 3 days after when the birthday girl was already gone. I sent them emails and left voicemail and no one ever contacted me .

We see that your order was placed after close of business with a requested date that could not be met with your chosen shipping service going from New York to Florida, two business days with USPS. Your order was prepared and shipped the next day with that service. While we do not find any record of correspondence with our staff, we do apologize if there was confusion. When choosing an estimated date for delivery, there are notices that we do require time to prepare each order. Again, we apologize for any confusion.
Eternal Roses are unique and luxurious
The product is unique and a luxurious experience in a box. My bestfriend unboxed and was animate about the fragrance. Provide enough time for shipping to ensure it arrives for time sensitive date. Otherwise, a wonderful gift for any occasion.

Beautiful! More beautiful than I expected and excellent customer service. I requested a change in colors and the woman I spoke with was so accommodating. When I went to pick them up they actually never received the note for the color change so they told me they would correct it and deliver it same day!

Roses are a beautiful color (Tiffany blue) and got here pretty fast. My only disappointment is the flowers were not in the best shape. There were several of them that the outer leaves are ‘broken’ or ‘cracker’. Not in the best shape, so a little disappointed in the way they look
