Excellent shipping time, the rose was beautiful

I really love it! Although it was delivered to the wrong neighbor, he kindly placed it on my doorstep. Now to give it to my boyfriend I really hope he loves it. It smells amazing! I almost wanted to keep it for myself ha.

The flower was not delivered as I requested. I contacted customer service who blamed on UPS. Fair enough. However, I did not receive delivery update from your company until the day after my complain. The tracking link provided to me shows (1) out to delivery and (2) expected delivery YESTERDAY. How can this be? On the tracking page, it does not show when the flower was shipped from your company, hence I know I should blame UPS. When I complained to your customer service, the rep kept telling me why it is UPS fault and the flower was shipped much earlier. Basically she was telling me that it was my fault not to choose next day over night delivery, I should have read the instruction on delivery more carefully etc. She has no sympathy at all ! I was so frustrated by how I was treated. Never order anything again for how you handled customer service!

The roses and packaging was perfect but there was no place in the ordering process where it mentioned that the roses would be sprayed with a scent. We are allergic to scents so it was very upsetting to see the beautiful roses and know it was scented. The florist said we had to choose the non-scented option and that was not an option when ordering.

Super fast delivery. Arrangement arrived in perfect condition, smelled great, and was absolutely gorgeous!

It was nice but it was not delivered on the date I was originally told when I made the purchase. I got it for my son's dad as a nice gesture to let him know he's appreciated. It also didn't have the red ribbon on the box, it had a black ribbon. It only matters because red is his favorite color.

Wife had adds popping up all over her social media about this rose after I ordered it. Long story short, wasn’t a surprise. Soooo had to go out and buy her something else to go with it. Don’t know how it happend but it did and wasn’t happy about it not being a suprise

Like the title indicates, I never leave a review. However, I felt it was absolutely necessary to leave one for Eternal Roses. I’ve ordered from them more than 5 times in the past 2-3 years and every single time they have been absolutely spot on, flawless, and have exceeded expectations. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, the company has always been eager to help. Only if every company was run like this!!

The rose looks and smells great. Delivery was on time as promised.

Sent the wrong product, ordered a Libra rose, got a Pisces, it was a gift so it’s quite embarrassing. Emailed their support with the issue and have received no response.

Late delivery, rose was upside down in the box and broken. The rose became crusty and the petals were cracking within a week. Company wouldn’t respond for 2 weeks and have still done nothing about it. Would not suggest using this company. Extremely unhappy.

I can’t begin to express the joy that my sister-in-law felt on her 70th Birthday when she opened the eternal rose in the most beautiful keepsake gift box and told me the rose scent instantly filled her mind with moments of her wedding day when she carried a bouquet of roses (the same color) and of her mom who loved the scent of roses so often had them in her home. Thank you for blessing her with this treasured gift.

I had an amazing experience with Eternal Roses! Jazmine was extremely helpful over the phone and very patient. They even accommodated me during their off day. The owner gave me my order but double checked if it was correct first which was greatly appreciated as he made 2 quick adjustments. The roses are beautiful and very potent. I smell them every time I walk into my room, it was even better than expected and affordable which made it a perfect encounter.

This was my fourth purchase from Eternal Roses. I love how easy it is to order. The roses are so beautiful and with such amazing colors.
Love giving these as gifts, I even bought one as a gift for myself.

I purchased this jewelry box with 4 buds and the presentation and packaging was amazing! It arrived intact, although I wish there was an option to order a gift box/bag instead of only a card.

Aside from that, a nice card with care instructions would be appreciated. The recipient may not be aware how to care for the eternal roses, so it is best to include a small how-to care card.

Aside from those two points, amazing product, great shipping care and handling. Overall very happy with my purchase.
