Very unhappy with this product
Very unhappy with this product. First it was delivered late and then was not happy with what it looked like for what it cost. And after I complained that I hadn’t received it when I expected it I never received a response from them. Never again.

Care for the preserved roses is only to limit touching, no water and no direct sunlight. Belated b-day gift for a friend
I got one for my friend as a belated birthday gift and she loves it. She keeps it next to her bed. She told me it is the greatest smelling flower she has ever had. I cannot wait to get myself one.

I've received and given different…
I've received and given different brands of these roses and this is by far the worst. I sent 4 different orders and they all looked cheap, some were squished, and poorly delivered. When I complained, nothing happened. I would rather spend a little more for some of the other brands like Venus et Fleur.
