Awful customer service and very poor quality wigs. Would not recommend!!

I have just ordered my fourth wig with Katie and Eternal Wigs as the human hair wigs grom my experience are undetectable to anyone who does not know me from before I list my natural hair. The human hair wigs smell amazing and look great on when styled correctly. Katie has been incredible from the get go. I have been constantly corresponding with Katie through Whatsapp and the website online chat as on my first order I was desperate for my wog as soon as possible as I did not want my family to know I was ill over Christmas. Katie went above and beyond with the production time and ensuring my wig artived before Christams despite the Royal Mail postal strikes. I cannot thank Katie and her t3am enough.

Do not buy anything from this company!
I bought a wig from Eternal Wigs as I have been suffering from hair loss which is obviously stressful enough. I ordered a wig directly from the website and did not ask for any customisations or anything special. The picture looked beautiful and exactly the style and colour I wanted so I was really excited to receive it. The website does state that the colour may not be exact but what I received was much darker than I though it would be and despite the fact that I measured my head carefully according to their own website guidelines to make sure it would fit well, it was far too big. I contacted the company and was basically told that its my fault for ordering the wrong size and they don't offer refunds. I paid almost £400 for a wig that I cant use. Once your order is placed they can basically send you anything and there is nothing that you can do about it. The website also states 100% satisfaction guaranteed. This is also clearly just a marketing tool and has no substance because if you are not satisfied then they don't care. I wish I had never got involved with Eternal Wigs, and if you are considering buying from them I hope that this review protects you from what I have been through.

I have a friend in a similar situation who told me about “Eternal wigs” so I gave it ago and came across the beautiful wig “Amber”

I was very sceptical as it was synthetic but I knew that this was a tester wig to see how I feel, what it feels like on me and I can tell you now that this was the best Decision ever. I am in love with wig not just because it’s beautiful but also it doesn’t come across as fake looking, doesn’t feel fake everyone- is just constantly complementing me and the price is ridiculous!!

Had my first party over the weekend, In front of hundreds of people and no one stared at me.

Absolutely amazing!!! 10000% recommend you can’t go wrong if your debating buying one do it you won’t regret it. Whilst having chemotherapy I used wigs from here and they gave me back my confidence made me feel like me again. They are insane quality and you can’t tell you have a wig on!! They are perfect I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for a wig, I’ve bought numerous from them.

I posted a few days ago about my experience in buying a wig. Essentially it arrived and within 24 hours it was snapping, shedding, breaking all over, weak, frizzy and totally damaged. Messaged for help and was dismissed. Left a review and was told someone would reach out via WhatsApp to ‘help me understand’, instead I got a WhatsApp of a defensive message regarding the review I left. Eventually got through to someone on live chat and was told “When customers choose to buy a wig, the ultimately choose to bear the risk of purchasing with us” confirming that they know customers are taking a risk on poor quality buying from them. If I figure out how to add photos here I will of this. Was offered a discount on a new wig if I wanted which I didn’t, not after the awful quality of the first one, no offer to refund, replace or repair the wig they sent me. Basically tough luck you bought it, got dealt a crap hand and that’s it. £635 for this. Not acceptable

Due to medical reasons I was loosing my hair. I found eternal wigs online and spoke to a lady named Katie about their wigs extra. She was so lovely and helped me understand what I needed to do to measure my head, so I got the right size wig. I went for a full human hair front lace wig. The quality of the hair is amazing the cut the colour everything. I received it in 2 weeks of purchase which they said would take around 2 weeks. When it came it was in a lovely silk bag. I tried the wig on and I was gobsmacked on how real the wig was. I wear my wig every day it’s so comfy and people who know me have said that they can’t tell I wear a wig. It’s so realistic. I couldn’t recommend eternal wigs enough. From start to finish they have been amazing. I also received an email seeing how I was getting on with the wig. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would.

Desperately needed a wig after a hairdresser completely messed up my hair colour! It was grey and green!!! I found Katie online and called her and she sent me everything she had immediately available and offered next day delivery! I had 5 very important meetings this week and needed it that night! I showed her what had happened to my hair and she was so sympathetic... She immediately said I could collect it. It's a beautiful wig (Amber), really lovely colour and texture . I had so ma y compliments and everyone commented on how lovely my new hair colour and blow out was!!!! I don't actually like wearing wigs but this was comfortable and stayed perfect all day! Highly recommend

I purchased a synthetic wig and it was hands down thee best I’ve ever purchased. The hair is such good quality and the construction of the cap is top notch. I can’t wait to purchase other styles!

Second time around and I’m still really happy with eternalwigs customer service and synthetic wig Latte! They sent me the wrong wig at first but the replacement and return was very smooth and quick.
