Very quick delivery; literally received parcel within 2 days of ordering. Love the roses, definitely will order again.

I bought the quad Forever Red Roses which are absolutely beautiful, the great thing about them is that they last for years. But also for people like me who have severe allergies to pollen is this is a great way to enjoy flowers. Oh my word the presentation is gorgeous, it's so beautifully boxed with branded gold embossed black ribbon. The service was very prompt and quick delivery too. They have fantastic products in their range and everything is so stunningly packaged. Great products, service and packaging.

Website to be improved

There is supposed to have a spot for a gift message but it was grayed out on the website. There is also no option to select delivery date. The flowers are priced well but the ordering process can be improved.

I ordered the mirrored roses and that. The box and roses are stunning. Better than I expected! Customer service was 10/10 because I emailed to make a change to my personal note and they replied immediately. I will definitely be buying more gifts.

I had the Teddy bear delivered as a gift from my daughter. It came extremely well packed. Beautifully presented in a clear box. From the information I had from my daughter, it was delivered on time and at a very reasonable cost.

Received my eternal rose and it is absolutely stunning. The package came so well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap and paper to protect the glass. I also got a personalised note which was packaged so well! So so happy!!!

Amazing service

I made a mistake and sent my item to the wrong address and the item was not delivered. Sarah was diligent in an attempt to resolve the situation in time for Valentines day. The item was returned by Royal Mail today(Valentines day) and she went above and beyond to ensure I could collect it. Fantastic service and the rose from the Belle collection is simply stunning. 5 star service and quality.

Great service amazing products will defiantly use again.
