Joanne was patient and knowledgeable in recommending suitable products for my remortgage. She was happy to take on board aspects that I felt would be useful, such as the lenders having an app. Despite the mortgage market being very volatile, her advice steered me to the best option for my needs, and her willingness to continue to check rates as they fluctuated, meant that I secured my mortgage at a favourable rate.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joanne!
