Etnika - An awesome shopping experience.
Order from the App and delivered the next day. Customer services are also available via the online chat function.
It would be nicer if there was a phone line service to be able to talk to someone rather than via chat service.
I’m so glad I found this shop.
The item I order was only available to buy from abroad. I’ve not found the item anywhere in the UK and I’ve looked everywhere.
So thanks to Etnika I’ve already purchased I think 40 odd boxes of this product ;)
My third order will be going on Wednesday.

Even though communication and delivery…
Even though communication and delivery speed were good, the order was a complete mess. One bread was out of date, another loaf wasn’t what I’d ordered and every single jar was wrapped in cling film (!!?) and simply thrown into a massive box. The bottom of the box wasn’t taped up properly whereas the other end of the box was covered in tape. Needless to say, the bottom gave way, since there were several jars flying around, squishing the bread in the process. 🤷♀️

Great, will order again. Some improvements possible though
My delivery arrived the next working day as expected. I was very happy to get products that I could not buy anywhere else. However, I had no tracking information and had to write to Etnika to find out the delivery time window. They were quick to respond. The items were all correct. I suggest to Etnika to be mindful that heavier items like jars can smash smaller items like crisps if moving about freely.
