Amazing service!

I've been searching for over 2 years for these products - I'm so happy Etnika stocks them! Delivery was super fast (considering I stocked up a LOT) and the parcels arrived (tracked delivery) in 3 boxes. Each box was sturdy and well packaged to prevent damage. I am very very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing from Etnika again :) (they also don't discriminate against delivering to Northern Ireland which is refreshing)

Excellent customer service and friendly…

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. They have contacted me personally about an out of stock item from my order and kindly advised on similar products for replacement. It was a lovely gesture. I have just placed my 8th order and will continue ordering from Etnika. Highly recommended!

Item never delivered. No response from sellers

I bought the item over a week ago. It was supposed to be delivered next day but I have not received it. I contacted the seller via email (which seems to be the only communication way) and I have not received a response. I requested to cancel the order abd get a full refund. Still waiting for a refund/response

As we mentioned in our emails, our third-party courier service, unfortunately, damaged our parcel which prevented the delivery from happening. We wanted to dispatch another order to you, however since we couldn't get a response, we refunded you the whole amount instead. Really greet service, Fast and Quality shipping, all you can ask for.

It was a nice surprise for me that I found a working and convenient webshop for my favorite Hungarian products, which saves me a lot of trouble instead of having to travel quite a bit.. I was genuinely surprised to see that my Friday's order not only arrived by Saturday's morning, but also came in a nice packaging, each food wrapped around little ice-cube packs and foil just to keep them cool even though we know.. uhm.. British weather never really get too warm anyway.. especially in November.

Highly recommend them and I am sure I will be using their services in the future more often.
