This is a fantastic home delivery service!

This is a fantastic home delivery service for this kind of food, which is hard for me to get at some I moved to the country side. They have a great selection of products, delivery was fast, communication was excellent, and everything was really well looked after when it arrived. Will be using them regularly! Thanks so much

Extremely Happy

We first tasted these fruit and nut bars while in Turkey. The best bars of this sort we have had... We tried to find them over here without luck until now on your site. So happy and hope you keep them in stock as we will be back quite often to re purchase.

Stark Bananica - item not as described

Stark Bananica - Items not as described, loose chocolates sent instead of neat packages of 5 which I ordered and which were meant to be Christmas presents. Also quantity ordered not received - run out of stock. Extra items sent, I guess as a way of apology, are not wanted or welcome.

We sincerely apologize for your experience.

If a product is out of stock but a different weight of the same product exists, the warehouse staff is instructed to replace these identical products. The free gifts are always included in our orders, as usual, we apologize that they were not welcomed. As a young startup, our customers are like family to us and would hate to see an unsatisfied customer. We realize the 125 gr multipack version has a cartoon packaging outside, and we want to make it up to you by giving you a full refund and sending you the ordered items for free when they are back in stock, which we hope could still make it in time before Christmas, so you would still be able to send them as gifts.

Our hope is that you would give Etnika family another chance and you won't regret it. Please check your email for details.

Very happy with service...

I ordered a bottle of Palinka but unfortunately the flavour I wanted was out of stock. I received a phone call and a WhatsApp message 10 mins after I placed my order from a friendly gentleman who sent me a picture of alternative flavours he had in stock. Was really nice to get human response and not just a cancellation email like you would get from other websites.
So ended up a happy ending after all.
Really appreciated the service I recieved and would order again!
