This was our first major trip during the COVID pandemic. The entire pickup anf transfer was seamless.

I think this transportation is reasonably priced and very punctual. I didn't have to worry about a thing. That is important when your in a foreign country. It felt like I had my own car outside because they were so dependable even through communication. Thanks Guys!

trip to the airport with Antonio was fantastic! he was a very kind man and also very safe driver. He even had beer and water for us! 6 stars for him! ON the way from hotel to airport, the driver was not wearing a seat belt and also driving in the middle lane a lot with blinkers on most of the time... it was a bit unsettling. His name was Juan and maybe it was too early in the morning for him.

ETransfers is an excellent service in Cancun Mexico. We had a private transfer from Cancun to Tulum, and our driver Bernado was wonderful! They had a E transfer sign when we arrived and communication with them was very easy. Just stay in touch with them via WhatsApp for confirmation of arrival and departure times. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone who needs a transfer service. Thank you E transfers.

Their communication was excellent. We arrived in Cancun and barely waited at the airport before our driver arrived. Mario was awesome! He offered to stop us by the store and didn't abandon him when we struggled to find our AirBNB. My group and I both agree e-transfers is a must so that we have reliability and are safely taken to our destination. Not to mentionwe already know how much we are expected to pay for our transportation round trip. Pick up was also easy and we were taken back to the airport with no issues.

From the booking online to the actual transportation to and from Playa del Carmen, the entire process was painless. Our party of 8 was picked up in a more than adequate sized van and our driver (Angel) was super helpful in providing tips on our stay. Thank you.
