Exceptional and Superb. I will use them again and again and again.

They were exceptional. Our flight was changed and arrived to Cancun earlier. They accommodated us and sent a driver to pick us up prior to our scheduled time.

On the way back from Playa del Carmen ferry, we couldn't find where they were parked and they called us, guided us where to walk to meet them and patiently assisted us. We made it perfectly on time at the airport.

Superb Service. I will definitely used them again and again and again.

I booked 3 different one way transfers

I booked 3 different one way transfers. They were very easy to find at the airport and were on time and professional. However due to the hurricane I booked a flight to leave early and with such short notice I had to cancel one of the transfers. I have been trying to contact the company for a week now to try and get a refund and they are avoiding emails and calls saying that the office is closed.

Would not recommend this company for…

Would not recommend this company for transportation! Everything was fine with making the reservation but as of today I have not arrived at the destination for the pick up (Mexico) in fact its not for at least another week. I called to cancel due to the hurricane and our hotel getting cancelled and they refused. They offered me a credit for a year which in most circumstances would be fine but everyone doesn't go to Mexico all the time and I won't be so this is useless. I want my money back and they are saying I either take the credit or loose the money. EXTREMELEY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE THEM

Excellent Customer Service

I scheduled a private shuttle online for an upcoming trip. I realized a few errors and called eTransfers to get it fixed. The agent was extremely helpful and solved my issues promptly.

I look forward to taking the shuttle and writing another review!

I loved that we had a vehicle to pick…

I loved that we had a vehicle to pick us up very comfortable big & perfect temperature. It was a rainy night yet we enjoyed our ride to the hotel. The kids were loving the big windows each laying down in each seat. The process was so smooth they keep in touch making sure before your trip that time of arrival had not been changed. They message as soon as we landed to inform us they were already outside waiting & to inform them when we were outside. One of there guys was there to greet us while they other went to get the vehicle to meet us in front. The same process to pick us up from hotel & back to airport. Will definitely use them again.

Poor response

Their return policy does not take into account weather related cancellations therefore not providing the consumer with the refund they are due. Credits are not sufficient when the consumer has explicitly expressed they will not need or use the credit. For these reasons, I am left no choice but to give a poor review.
