Ordered 2 pairs of boots

Ordered 2 pairs of boots. Firstly I had to pay tax, £57, when goods arrived to the delivery company. Whilst I understand why, I feel the company should have made this clear when ordering.
One pair couldn’t get on the ankle width not large enough to get foot in. Second pair not of quality I would expect. They were also too large around the calf, maybe due to the size for a taller lady.
The paperwork in parcel incorrect and refers to a top, not boots or my order number. Therefore been unable to return.
I have emailed the company twice and they have not responded.
Very disappointed and unhappy. Hoping my review will encourage response.

I have received the wrong item in post

I have received the wrong item in post. They told me to return the wrong item and pay for the postage which seems like something they should have covered as it's their mistake and the end of the day. They still have not sent me the correct item, £90 wasted. Will no use again.

Good measurements for calf. Lots of choice. Sadly ankle measurements are needed as these are too narrow & the zip doesn't meet. My ankles aren't huge, I've struggled to buy wide calf boots over the years but the instep and ankle matching is problematic.

Deceptive and Untrustworthy
This company is a complete scam. The shipping takes forever, and they pile on hidden fees and taxes without any transparency. Customer support? Nonexistent. I’ve never experienced anything so frustrating. I’m out too many £, and the whole ordeal has been a nightmare.

Even the return process comes with additional charges—beware! And to top it off, I still haven’t received my products. One shipment is 2 months overdue. Honestly, I’m at a loss for words.

Received my Lowa Boots today

Received my Lowa Boots today, great quality products and fast service. Only down side was I had to pay £54.00 shipping fee to UPS eventhough I paid a shipping fee when I made the initial purchase.

I have had a better customer experience from parking wardens

It took some time for my items to be sent. I then had to pay a considerable amount of tax to UPS. After numerous messages from UPS over the space of several days, my items were returned to the Etrias warehouse without leaving Holland. Etrias now say that they can only resend the items when they have processed the return, which they show no sign of doing, and in any event I will have to pay the tax a second time. Are they real? Are they a scam? Who knows? But the outcome is the same.

Most useless company ever.

Never use this company. My item arrived this afternoon and will have to be returned as it’s the wrong size. Trying to return it is a nightmare. I’ve tried emailing customer services only to get a general page telling me to send an email. When I go into my account and register my return it’s telling me “No return option found for this return request” Whole experience is a joke.

Non-delivery and no refund (yet) despite chasing

Non-delivery of warm gear in time for a trip at Christmas - when it was ordered weeks in advance. UPS email says it's been returned to sender and I'm now chasing a refund with no response from Etrias after 3 emails. Appalling service.

Disgraceful organisation

Disgraceful organisation, now reported to trading standards.

I ordered some crockery from them in June 23. Some of it arrived smashed. I contacted customer services who told me to post them back, and that they would replace them. 3 months later, no replacement and no refund, and in fact, they for some reason, posted back the very smashed bowls I had returned. They also have not refunded my return postage.
I was constantly told that they were awaiting deliveries or that colleagues were working on my complaint. Clearly not hard enough. I have now progressed the matter to trading standards, given them 7 days under the consumer credit act to refund me, and then if not, it goes to court. Avoid.

Avoid

Avoid. Still not had delivery after 10 days. UPS notification says ‘returned to sender’. The customer service phone number goes dead after a short welcome message. No response to emails I have sent. Useless!

Import duty and delayed delivery

I ordered a pair of Dubarry boots for my wife. The advertised price was the cheapest, and the website offered free next day delivery. I received an email this mornign from DHL to say these will be delivered next week and that there is £65 tax to be paid prior to delivery. The website is '.co.uk' and has a UK phone number. Customer service was useless and say 'it tells you on the website that goods are shipped from NL'. Avoid them at all costs!

This is the worst company and worst…

This is the worst company and worst customer service in the world. I can’t even describe how terrible my experience was. I ordered two set from the company and I have received majority of them broken. I immediately contacted them with the pictures and I have been told that they will be sending new ones. After a week I have not received any update and when I contacted them there was a lady literally know nothing about the process. She answered all my questions I don’t know I have to check and I left totally unsure about what is going on. Now I am going to take action to cancel my payment through my bank. Just let you know that you have to stay away from this company!!!
