I made an order but I’ve received an email saying my order was cancelled and I’ve got a refund. Since I haven’t cancelled the order myself I asked for information and the assistance promptly replied and send me the new order. So I’m very satisfied because even if there was a problem in the beginning the client assistant was absolutely great, and I’ll surely order again in the future

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company. Ordered a pan in December 2020…was dispatched 3 times after each time failed to arrive and me having to chase to send another. They blamed the delivery company. I eventually asked for a refund when the pan never arrived, chased many times - still nothing and it’s now October 2021! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered 2 items that appeared in stock in November heard nothing contacted them in Dec to be told one item not available.
So then asked them to send the other pan still had nothing despite several e-mails As they say item is with DPD now end Jan they have now refused Me a refund!!! Never use these people awful!

Refused to refund a faulty product
I purchased a pepper mill from Etrias and the product was poor quality, rusting within a matter of days. I contacted them for a refund and they refused to offer a refund - one of the only companies I've ever dealt with who have directly refused to refund a faulty product, in direct contravention of UK consumer law. Highly recommend trying alternative options before shopping with them.

Don't bother using these. The items on their website are not in stock at their warehouse. They say 3-5 days sent from the warehouse now it has been 5 days and I contact them and they tell me they do not have them in their warehouse at all. Terrible service do not use
