I loved the product, the attention that was given to me since I changed the product for a smaller size, but I must say that it took much longer than I thought, but in general, the lady who helped me change the product , she was very kind to me and helped me. Beware. Ordered Ankle boots on September 29. Now nearly 4 weeks later according to UPS tracking are still in the Netherlands awaiting documentation. I have contacted Etrias by email, the last time over a week ago stated if they cannot sort it out please refund me. This email has been ignored. Last Thursday I telephoned and was told an investigation would take place and the findings and action would be relayed to me by email.
Now five days later I have not been contacted!
I have tried to telephone today but gave up after about 25 minutes in a queue awaiting answering. Very convenient!
My advice is do not use. The customer service is terrible to the point of concern as to if they are a credible company?

I bought a pair of boots at Schoenenfabriek on September 26th, and during the purchase, the Etrias online store informed me of a five working days delivery, but now it says it's much more.

After the purchase, the website informed that the product I ordered is still on its way from the supplier to their warehouse and the order will me SENT to me on October 11th (12 working days later).

I’ll never buy from this company again.

Very bad unprofessional unfriendly customer service, the items in the webshop is marked available and once you order and pay then it is not available.
Not recommended at all they are just a scam

If you live in the UK beware and DO NOT use any of the associated websites unless you are prepared to pay undeclared costs to UPS.
The UK Cambridge customer service number cuts off after an announcement.
Their products overlay UK websites giving the illusion you are dealing with a UK company.

I ordered a product with estimated delivery time of 3-5 days, and did not receive it for a month. In the order status the expected delivery time at the warehouse kept changing, although I never got any explanation or information what is going on. They did keep spamming me with emails recommending I order this product though. Worst online shopping experience ever, I do not recommend it.

A nice store with great products and quality service

Ordered here many times, all went perfect! I see a lot of bad experiences, but I can not find myself in these stories/explanations. I have never experienced something bad with Etrias, despite, I would definitely recommend this website!

I'm always very happy when I receive discount codes in my mailbox, so I can order new stuff again! :D

I order one ski jacket, and when I decide to send them back cause of the low quality they never answer me after some weeks, I sent them three email.
Bad costumer service

If you would not only like to ask yourself when you will receive your package, but also IF you will receive it, Etrias is the site for you!

It says 3-5 delivery days, but its been almost two weeks now. Also, there is no transparency in when, and if, you will receive your package. You need to contact them yourselves to get some information on your order. Customer service will then tell you some untrue story about a delay somewhere, while Etrias is just incapable of meeting the 3-5 delivery days, which seems to be a common problem.

They promise a certain delivery date, already too late, and then you don’t receive your order and hear nothing. Worst online shopping experience.

Unfortunately I needed to return 2 items with their FREE return label. Within a couple of days I received a credit invoice and the money back into my account!

After 1 month still no bathrobe. Communicated like 4 times. Asked my money back for 2 times no answer. Worst service ever !! Not to be trusted at all. Do not recommend !! Thieves.

They did not deliver In time. Charged my (foreign)creditcard before delivering. I complained about that. DHL did not deliver ( everybody was home, the nabours weer home, and I received no phone call. Etrias than decided to cancel my order, without contacting me! The refund was than of course not In my currency, something they know very wel: So I paid money for nothing; The company active punishes clients they do not like! Never again. Worst experience ever, and so childish and non- profesjonell.
