I bought the pumps at Louboutin in Paris. They are unusable. I never in my life had shoes more painful. And we are not talking painful like normal with new shoes, but on a lever where it is impossible to have them on. They are not even functional as shoes. Every step feels like knifes and you can't think of anything else but the pain. I tried to use them for two days now (a few minutes at a time because they are so painful). I wanted to make them softer in order to use them for a party, but there is not much of a difference and now I have to look for better shoes. The quality of the product is very, very low. The red bottom of the shoes looks terrible after just one small walk. What is this product even? It looks like shoes but are not. It may be some sort of pretty art work, nice to look at, but they are absolutely not shoes. If they were not so expensive I would just put them in the trash. Do not waste your money on this. It is NOT worth it. Poor quality product that they market as luxury. I was stupid enough to think that high price and well known brand means nice looking shoes with a great fit. Total waste of money.

I purchased a pair of flip flops about 3 years ago and they have developed a fault. I contacted the retailer and they said they were out of warranty. I contacted Louboutin directly several months ago and I have not had a reply. I wear these flip flops in the summer time when I go on holiday so they have been worn very few times. They are stored in their dust bags in the box. I take really good care of them due to the cost. I was very disappointed with the lack of concern regard a luxury product.

The worst customer service ever , I have returned a pair of shoes, they are now lost in Italy. I’ve contacted Louboutin 3-4 times a day every day for 8 days now . You never get calls or emails returned . Absolutely shocking service will never shop with them again.

Bought my 5th pair so aware of the wear of the bottoms but this pair of shoes I wore for the first time for 2-4 hours most of the time sitting and now can’t wear. They are beyond ruined. They company will not take a return or fix

Dont buy Louboutin. The quality is really, really bad and the service is even worse.

My husband gifted me a beautiful pair of Louboutin shoes, and I was thrilled to receive them. However, upon trying them on in my bedroom, I immediately realised they were too big and had too high of a heel for me to walk comfortably.

Without wearing them beyond that moment, I carefully placed them back in the box and requested an exchange for a smaller size with a lower heel.

To my shock, after two weeks, we received a response stating that the shoes were "too damaged" to be exchanged. The pictures show significant damage to the soles—far worse than those on another pair of Louboutins I have worn multiple times. This is completely baffling to me, as I only tried them on briefly on a clean floor.

Adding to my frustration, I took photos of the shoes when I first received them to share my excitement with friends. Upon reviewing these images, I noticed small white marks on the side that I had not initially seen in person. The same mark appears in the customer service images used to deny my exchange (big red circles on them). This raises the concerning question: were the shoes already flawed when I received them? I did not thoroughly inspect them at the time, trusting that a luxury brand like Louboutin ensures impeccable quality control.

As I have noted before: I own another pair of Louboutins (boots) and I have not scratched that sole or see white marks (at all) as much as the new ones are scratched, how is this possible?

What is most disheartening is the lack of conversation or consideration from your customer service team. I have been met with a repetitive response—"this is the decision, they are scratched, you did this, we cannot take them back"—without any willingness to understand my perspective.

After paying €700 for a luxury product (and as returning costumers), we expected not only exceptional craftsmanship but also superior customer service. Instead, I feel completely dismissed and unheard.

I do not believe that it is in any way possible that I have done this to the shoes myself. I don't know what is going on here, but I do know that this experience has left me extremely disappointed in the brand.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience with Christian Louboutin. For a luxury brand, the quality of the shoes has been far below expectations. After minimal wear, they already needed repairs—which is unacceptable at this price point.

To make matters worse, the repair process has been painfully slow and completely lacking in communication. I’ve been left waiting far beyond the estimated time, with no updates or sense of urgency from customer service.

When you invest in a brand like Louboutin, you expect not only beautiful design but also durability and excellent aftercare. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced neither. Very underwhelmed and definitely reconsidering future purchases.

Paid $1200, they broke within the 1st month. Returned them and received new pair, and they have major rips within the 1st few months again. The shoes I buy from Amazon last longer😞

The company has a great logistic system, so easy to check order status. I made my order from Romania, am my parcel came to me, exactly 5 working days. Great experience!

If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would. DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM HERE. They may have once cared about quality, but now they only care about charging extorionate prices for low quality footwear.

Shoes will break, they will not help. You will be left with worthless and unwearable shoes. They do not care about their customers, just their bottom line. They design shoes not fit for purpose, and will not inform you that they're unfixable should they break (which they eventually do, and only after 3 wears).

Save your money, and buy from a designer who actually cares about quality, and their customers. I've had shoes from Primark that last longer and are better quality.
