Louboutin boots
My wife bought a pair of boots unfortunately the stitching had come away inside. She reported this to louboutin who stated that they can’t do anything about it as they were purchased from saks in New York and would have to take them back to them. This is totally unacceptable as we live in the uk after many conversations louboutin are now ignoring her and will not accept any liability she has even written to the CEO with no reply. I find this completely disgusting that a customer would be ignored in this way and just fobbed off when clearly they must have some responsibility and t be ignored as well.

A well travelled lipstick!
I ordered a lipstick for £48 which is expensive. UPS tracking showed quick posting but only for it to go all around Europe (including only a few miles away from me in the UK) and finally settle in a warehouse in Frankfurt where it’s been for many days! I cannot get any response from customer services, astonishes for such a company!

Excellent service and packaging! When I opened the box the aroma was delightful, the card inside thanked me for my purchase and included the fragrance used within the packaging. It was so thoughtful. I may well buy the fragrance now!

Xmas ruined thanks to Louboutin
Where to begin. Without a doubt the most difficult and non-responsive customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Have purchased from Louboutin for years but highly doubt I will ever again. Order my wife a pair of Kate’s on Dec 13th; allowing plenty of time to get here by Xmas according to the site and as of date (2 Jan 25) they still have not moved from the UPS warehouse in Milan. No anticipated delivery yet, despite the original delivery was supposed to be 18 Dec. Needless to say the Xmas in this sense was ruined thanks to Louboutin. When I did finally get ahold of someone on 28 Dec, they said they would investigate the matter and get back with me in 24 hrs. Again to date, no response. Have tried through chat and phone to get ahold of anyone only for the auto prompts to say they are either closed or no one available. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years but this experience and what it cost our Xmas will forever be etched. This has become an absolute joke and clearly no one cares at Louboutin.

I wore these shoes once into a…
I wore these shoes once into a restaurant.
I took sliders with me so I wasn't wearing My Louboutins for other than just walking into the restaurant and sitting.
I've been so careful as this is an expensive rare treat.
I fully appreciate wear and tear happens.
But i think This is unbelievable.
The customer service is terrible and i keep getting fobbed off with automated replies.
I was told it's because I walked on flooring thats too abrasive.
I asked for a complaint and full investigation to be made.
I said I would happily provide pictures of said abrasive flooring.
But they say that there is nothing wrong with these after one wear.
For £700 this is terrible.
I was hoping to attach pictures but seems like i can't.

The worst customer service I ever met
The worst customer service I ever met. I ordered black boots and I got red sandals. Don't waist your time to call them or send an email. I'm trying to get $1700 back and I don't know how. My lawer will contact them.

Terrible quality and customer service
I bought myself my first ever pair for my birthday this year. When they arrived the sole was noticeably wrinkled/bubbled where it meets the edge of the shoe. I immediately took a picture and attempted to email it to their costumer service team. The email bounced back as it said the inbox was full.. I have tried to call twice to their customer service number only to sit on hold for over 20 mins each time being told there is no one available to take my call. I’m disgusted at the quality of the shoe , is there no quality control checking for flaws before they are shipped out? And I am also disappointed and disgusted in the horrible costumer service. I would expect much better when paying over 1000$ for a pair of shoes. Will never purchase another pair of these shoes again, it is a major rip off. BEWARE
