I had a great experience with Louboutin's customer service!
I ordered a pair of high end shoes as a gift and I got the wrong size. When i had to exchange them for the correct number i was afraid that something could go wrong, also considering the value of their product, but everything went smoothly. The instructions given by the customer service were clear and we got the correct size in a few days

The worst company to deal with ever
The worst company to deal with ever. Sold me the wrong size and refused to exchange, then heel broke on first wear and they promised to fix. Take an afternoon off work at the busiest time of year and the company doesn't come and pick up the parcel. Would never ever recommend this brand to anyone.
Jimmy Choo's all the way their customer service is amazing!!! After sales service again amazing!!

I don’t really know where to start
I don’t really know where to start. It has taken a great deal of time for me to decide to feedback due to significance of the impact and disappointment I feel. I am wholeheartedly, disgusted, annoyed, ashamed, let down, stupid, conned if I can say that with myself!! About myself that I believed that a brand so revered made me believe I was buying something special a one of a kind purchase for thee most important day of my life - my wedding. Now let me tell you, I saved and saved as I don’t earn that much to be able to buy this product but selfishly wanted to impress my bride to be, I honestly should have put the money I spent on Christian Louboutin shoes for my loving and caring wife who bought second hand shoes for our wedding. The quality and immediate demise of these utterly disgustingly expensive shoes I bought is disgraceful, disgusting and shameful. I have allowed myself to be taken in and ripped off with a capital R. I have pictures of shoes I have owned for ten years and the base of the shoe is still intact and I paid a fraction of the price. I am more than happy to share after one day - my wedding - the shocking quality of a so callled reputable brand. They should be ashamed. Took me months and months to pay off yet one day wearing made the product tacky and cheap with no substance or quality whatsoever :(
