Worn for a few hrs and two holes in the soles
I bought a pair one week ago in Melbourne. I literally wore them once for not even half a day on carpet mainly and walking 20m on a footpath from the taxi to the restaurant. Both shoes have a five cent diameter circle worn already through the sole. I rang the shop and emailed only to be told that’s what happens and to take them to a restoration place. I spent nearly $1500 on a pair of shoes!!! I should not have had this response. To say how disappointed I am is an understatement

I bought a pair of loafers a couple months ago, one of the pin securement balls came off on one shoe. I provided all the photos and all the information needed to process and haven’t heard anything in two weeks after a few follow up emails. I’m not looking to get new shoes, just one securement ball. It’s a shame that despite the high cost I’m getting really poor service.
Update 8/12- oddly enough, two days after I posted this I got an email reply, and Louboutin sent me the parts I needed in a timely manner. Thank you for sending me what I needed.

Absolutely shocking Customer service
Absolutely shocking Customer service.
Finally got through to a reasonable representative and he’s trying to assist me but it doesn’t sound hopeful.
Nearly £1000 for a pair of trainers , worn once in the house x2 studs have dropped out. Not had any force or any impact on the shoe for this to happen.
Told I need to travel 50 miles to have them repaired and pay for the costs of travel at my expense. Or my second option to pay for postage when they are a heavy weight.
They are clearly a defected product. I have many other styles similar with the studs that have lasted years.
Absolutely disgusting customer care - Treated better by Amazon!!

I’ve purchased the same product four…
I’ve purchased the same product four times and each time it has gotten stuck in a “processing” stage. I was told they were having “computer issues”. This last order is currently stuck in “order placed” status and I was told it would be sent 7/15 one day shipping. I’ve called for the 6th time and after holding 15 minutes I was told it would be shipped by today and I would receive it tomorrow. Needless to say it has not shipped yet. This is by far the worst customer service which I would not think going by the high end prices. I will NEVER order from them again. I’ve had much better customer service at my local gas station. This has been a TERRIBLE time consuming experience.

I almost died wearing a $1200 pair of shoes. They say Louboutins are true to size but that's a BIG FAT LIE.
Anyone know how I can get my money back because I'm never wearing them again.
I will be talking to my lawyers if I don't hear back from Louboutin, because the Louboutin shoe I bought with my hard earned money inflicted serious injury to my foot.
