WARNING TO BUSINESSES AND HOBBYISTS:

WARNING TO BUSINESSES AND HOBBYISTS:
Widespread EufyMake E1 Defects & Support Stalling Loop
I purchased the EufyMake E1 UV Printer deluxe bundle with a Premium Care Package in May for
nearly £3,000 to run my business and for my hobby. The machine has been a complete failure. Under production
pressure, it cross-contaminates internal inks, turning my prints green, purple, yellowish or just nothing like the colours in the design and the paid AI
software constantly errors out.
On other community forums, I see I am absolutely not alone. Widespread reports show hundreds
of users experiencing failed printheads, mechanical issues, and severe software bugs. This machine
was clearly rushed to market and is completely unfit for commercial use.
I have formally invoked my legal rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 to reject this
equipment and demand a full refund. Instead of processing the return, customer support (Ticket
ANKER-TNS4510778365) is using deliberate stalling tactics—demanding I spend hours uploading
project files and printing CMYK charts to keep me trapped in a technical support loop. They've had me going back and forwards with numerous emails.
I refuse to let my business or my hobby sustain further losses. If EufyMake management does not contact me
immediately with prepaid return labels and a full refund, my husband is initiating a formal Section 75
dispute through the credit card company for breach of contract. Potential buyers, stay away!
