I've just had my second delivery from Euphoria, and I've been very happy with both orders.
Everything is nicely packaged, with the little personal touches only a small business can provide.
Overall I'm extremely pleased with the products and the customer service!

What a lovely shop! I saw their post for the Alice joggers so ordered 2 pairs as I've always fancied them but was a size 24. Having lost a lot of weight in hospital I could now treat myself lol. They were dispatched the same day and arrived in a beautiful package, not your normal boring grey, with a lovely hand signed thank you card. When I opened the joggers, I thought ooh they're not going to fit but they do, easily and they are soooo amazingly comfortable! I shall have to order more and have a proper look at the website now. Never disappointed. Like the way the clothes are a bit different. Easy to wear and machine washable.

Have bought loads of joggers over the last 3-4 yrs or so. Always fast shipping & highly recommended. Also, they are v.helpful & courteous over the phone, unlike other companies I've had to deal with !!

Horrible US online experience!!!! I ordered a few articles of men’s clothing. The delivery process was taking was too long which made me suspicious so I looked at their reliability ratings online ( I admit I should have done this before ordering) which were terrible making the company sound like a scam. So I contacted my credit card company and cancelled the charge. Then finally the order arrived extremely late and I’ll admit the order was decent quality but way too small. I replied online that I would return the order ,even at my own expense. I asked for the correct return address and was given an Australian location. The package said Torrance, CA. I will return to that location and let my credit card company deal with it. I advise: PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! They don’t have their online retail act together.

I had an issue with an item I had purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter, I contacted Euphoria and explained the issue, I had an offer of either reduction in price of first item purchased or receive a new item, the new item was sent, they did not require the original item back. Their customers service has been fantastic from start to finish, stayed in contact, no long delays with replies. Brilliant service, can not fault them. Thank you again team Euphoria x

Just had another delivery two dresses two tops , great fit so comfy

I ordered 2 similar blazers, one from this company and the other from elsewhere. The one I ordered from Euphoria was well packaged on a hanger and crease free and a better fit,The other was folded small in a tight package and was crumpled. Also the other one was more expensive and so was the delivery charge.

I’ve ordered a few items from Euphoria Boutique now (trousers, dresses and tops) and they are fab! Excellent prices for quality items. The little touches like thank you cards in the parcels and thank you emails following an order are very much appreciated. And their Facebook videos are wonderful. Keep up the good work ladies and I will definitely be ordering again soon!

I have bought endless items from this online company but not any more , I purchased a pair of jeans my normal size 14 , when I tried them on they were huge , the ticket stated a 16 and a stitched label in jeans stated a 16 , I messaged to say they had sent me the wrong size but they stated they hadn’t based on their measurements a 16 is really a 14 well clearly not as I measured them against every size 14 jeans and they are much bigger the customer service was really poor , did they open every packet of jeans and measure them , mine had never been opened Really disappointed in this company , as they come across as caring for their customers but not really

I have been buying from Euphoria for a few years now. Their "Alice" joggers are amazing! I love the ones that look like jeans. Very comfy to wear and look good on. Highly recommended!

Fabulous! The staff are amazing, clothes are beautiful and very good value. There's a great range of sizes for the petite up to generous so something for everyone. You can buy are colourful as you want or more muted if you're like me lol so happy I found these brilliant clothes 😁

Love Euphoria Boutique. Their advice and live videos give me so much confidence to wear colour instead of having a wardrobe full of black clothes. Wish I'd found Euphoria sooner. I placed my first order in the summer and have placed many more since. Can't see me wanting to shop anywhere else. I love everything. I read the reviews before purchasing 3 pairs of “joggers”. Nothing matched up to the rave reviews! The material is cheap and shoddy. I’m a 14/16 and they barely fit. They are so badly shaped and designed. The company apologised that I wasn’t happy and said they usually get great reviews. That’s unprofessional for a start! You don’t tell an unhappy customer that everyone else is happy!! They were not forthcoming about a refund either. Dreadful.

Just received my first order of 3 items and they are great. Fit is very good and the joggers are so comfortable. The leggings are amazing without seams! Will defo be doing another order soon, just waiting till end of month for birthday discount 😊👏
