I have been buying clothes from Euphoria for a year or so now…….bought lots! Since starting menopause I have hated getting dressed to even stay indoors but Euphoria clothes have really helped me. They are so comfy and I feel more confident in them. Delivery is really quick and if you order before 2pm weekdays and use DPD they’re the next day. Returns are super easy and refunded incredibly quickly. You’re notified of pending deliveries and refunds by email every step. Donna and Kate are fabulous. Buy with confidence 😊

Love love this online boutique, good quality clothing, amazing range of colours makes you feel confident and like it's summer all year round. A really good size range. Pricing is just fabulous. Beautiful Italian and British made clothes in fabulous colours and styles at affordable prices. I have been a customer for 18 months now and this is my go to shop.
Any returns or faulty items have been dealt with extremely quickly and refunded within days. Recommend whole heartedly.

Become addicted to the lovely bright coloured clothing,especially love the long layering vests,joggers & crochet knits.
Rarely a problem but if there is it is quickly resolved. There is also a lovely,supportive community group attached to this Boutique.

Over the last few months I have purchased many items from this online boutique. I have been very impressed with the quality and price of the clothes. Next day delivery with DPD has been excellent, and I haven't experienced any issues as suggested by another review. Also, on the rare occasion that I've had to return an item, the refund has been back in my bank account much quicker than for some large retailers.

I have purchased a range of Italian clothes from Euphoria Boutique over the last couple of years and have always found them to be of good quality and the most fabulous colours. The customer service is excellent too !

I have been buying from Euphoria Boutique for almost 2 years. I absolutely love their clothing range which caters for all sizes. They also sell accessories & footwear.
Their customer service is fast and responsive via messenger but you can also phone them. Returns and refunds are processed quickly.
I would highly recommend this online shop 💕

Clothes look great for a few wears. Magic trousers seams come apart, crochet jumpers fall apart in the wash and come out with big holes, red blouse turn pink after a few washes. These must be cheaply bought into the UK. Look on eBay if you see something you like and if you don’t mind searching you will find the same item cheaper. Paying £38 for a jumper which I don’t think is cheap for it to fall apart is not acceptable.
They do do great lives on Facebook and great delivery options. Just a shame the clothes don’t live upto what they should do.
Shame a lovely items but cheaply put together so they won’t last. I get tempted from the lives which is fine as long as you don’t want to bring them out year after year.

Dealt with this company for 2 years now and find them excellent to deal with. The clothes are reasonably priced and good customer service back up. I haven’t had to return much but always get a prompt refund if I do. The clothes are made in Italy NOT in China which one reviewer has wrongly stated. Lots of natural fabrics great styles and colours

Excellent company. Brilliant customer service. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
I made the mistake of ordering what I thought were similar joggers from eBay. They weren’t ! They were of inferior quality! I won’t be making that mistake again.
I love that they have the FB lives so that you can see what the items look like in real life before ordering.

Bought 2 pairs of their floral Joggers’ nice enough but you can get the exact same joggers ( and they are exactly the same cause I bought both pairs for comparison) In fact you can buy all of their stock on other repeatable well know website for a fraction of the price. Do yourself a favour and save yourself some money. All of their clothes range are cheap and cheerful clothes from china. They are clothes are mostly very baggy oversized clothes I guess aimed at older bigger women. I’m an older women 52 so I’m not knocking that but for example my 21 year old daughter wouldn’t be seen dead in any of it! To be honest neither would I, the joggers come in two size big or even bigger other sites I can buy at 10! This sites not for me I’m afraid. Don’t get me wrong there’s Nothing wrong with cheap and cheerful but if you can get it cheaper you definitely should and you definitely can!!

Had high hopes for these.
Took a while to arrive and was disappointed with the quality. Material is thin and one of the items was very badly finished.
There were loose cotton threads everywhere. Definitely not worth the cost. Both items were returned

I have bought 3 pairs of the Alice joggers. They are so comfortable, lovely choice of patterns and wash well.

Speedy delivery and excellent customer service.

I have bought a lot from Euphoria and have found them great for the cost. I did however buy the Hula Lagen Look Cross top in rose pink, I noticed while wearing 2 massive holes in the seams, almost like it had been tried on by someone and it was a squeeze and had been returned. The seams look like they had been under stress. Out of all the great products so far this has been a disappointment hence the 3 ⭐️.

As a new customer i was quite impressed with the products and speed of delivery,the following day i placed another order and paid for DPD next day delivery,however this did not happen and there was nobody available to assist until after the weekend,they seem to keep themselves well covered with reasons for the next day delivery not to happen.
No good will gesture offered,after 20 years in customer service i find this extremely disappointing and will not recommend them or place any future orders,small businesses DO need to offer GOOD customer service
