My daughter and I had a lovely day mainly due to the exceptional service of staff especially Umer who was covering reception. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent time explaining everything in d... See more

DO NOT BOOK THIS SPA. They took our money and then cancelled the spa day the morning of the spa day. They are now ignoring emails asking for a refund. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I booked the Hammam Ritual at Euphoria Spa for a one-off joint birthday celebration with two friends. The treatment was not as described: no black soap was used, no steam was provided, and I had to ask for new exfoliation gloves because used ones were in the room — raising serious hygiene concerns.
Despite paying a £60 surcharge directly to the spa, they refused to refund it, even after acknowledging shortcomings in the treatment. They offered a free treatment instead, but we live outside London and returning would involve further costs — which they ignored.
They were unresponsive to my initial complaint, and I had to resolve the refund of the voucher portion myself through Wowcher. Euphoria Spa did nothing to support that process and have since misrepresented their role.
I would not recommend this spa. It relies on one-off customers through voucher platforms and does not appear interested in providing a consistent or professional service.

Booked this as a birthday treat, expecting a relaxing day… but sadly, it missed the mark on nearly every front.
The first thing we noticed? Chewing gum stuck near the hot tub. Absolutely grim. You don’t expect that kind of thing in a place meant to be clean and calming.
The sauna kept switching off every 10 minutes, so it never stayed warm long enough to enjoy. Staff just shrugged it off like it was normal. Not exactly what you want when you’re paying for a peaceful experience.
Service overall was a bit of a mare—disorganised, unbothered, and no real effort to make the day feel special. We mentioned it was for a birthday when booking, but it clearly didn’t register.
Towels looked tired and overused, and if you wanted a robe? That was an extra charge. Really? For a birthday spa package?
To top it off, the showers only had cheap body wash—no shampoo or conditioner in sight. Not ideal when you’re trying to freshen up after a swim.
All in all, what should’ve been a lovely treat ended up feeling like a waste of time and money. Won’t be going back unless they seriously step up their game.

Sam running the reception is very helpful. Today I had a massage/with some Physiotherapy from Lavya, who I can highly recommend. She comes across as confidently trained, knows her expertise. I have also received Super massages, on a number of occasions from Ionut. Highly recommended him too. Early morning is a good time to schedule treatments when spa is less busy.

Not worth a visit. Dirty spa, tiny pool is cold and filthy. Steam room has very little steam

The massage was OK, but not long enough for the price. The website and the package is misleading. They say they will give you the same package and price as advertised on Wowcher (by booking with them directly), but then they reduce your time for the actual massage. The changing rooms are too small for the amount of ppl that need to use them, especially on a Saturday. The jacuzzi is not clean and you cannot use the steam rooms.

I went for Mother’s Day with my mum and sisters .. the decor was lovely and it was a surprise from our significant others. We had a driver take us and I travelled two hours to London to join my family. Unfortunately upon arrival it was pretty clear that we weren’t really welcome. We were met with abrupt energy from the staff team. We had waivers to fill out and 15 mins till our treatments started. We were being told to constantly rush to change and fill out our forms but they only had 1 iPad (doesn’t really work when you have a group booking but it was our fault).
We were also told on several occasions to be quiet because it was a place where people where having massages (ever had 6 people talking in a space that echoes) they wanted us at a whisper. At one point we got told to be quiet when it was a completely different group of people talking.
But what really disappointed me was whilst I was having my massage I was having a lovely chat with the lady. And then I felt her gently pushing on my bracelet it’s a Pandora so has the clip initially I thought she may of just been looking at the charms but then I could feel her trying to push her finger nail into the clasp. I used my fingers to grab it and her silence at that point let me know she was trying to remove it without me knowing. The whole time I was in there she wouldn’t stop talking and I actually prefer not to make small talk during treatments, at no point was my bracelet requested to be removed. We both went silent and if that wasnt enough of a tell tell sign my treatment quality decreased. My upper legs ,feet , hands head weren’t touched at all.
I was so disappointed she’d actually tried to steal my bracelet and to add insult to injury cut my treatment short after I saved us both the embarrassment.
From the behaviour of the staff I didn’t bother to say anything I didn’t want to spoil the rest of my day or the other girls experience. I could tell it was going to be a pointless complaint.
Well now she knows I know !
Don’t bother visiting go somewhere where you can actually enjoy your time or maybe pop in after work don’t interact with anyone and your not to fussed about the outcome.
And I forgot to add the jacuzzi was lukewarm
See pointless complaint.. 7 months later I get a response. And definitely lying about being 45mins late.. we had a private car collect and drop us off that was scheduled.. but I can’t be asked lol.. I’ve warned everyone based on my experience. Luckily I walked away with my belongings.

I was greeted in a warm and friendly way by a lovely lady (Ayla?) at reception, who explained everything regarding my visit and the facilities available.
When it came to my treatments with Iryna, she was friendly yet 100% professional, explaining everything she did, checking the pressure etc. was good for me and offering helpful advice for after the treatments.
I will be returning soon

Spa at Euphoria started off well but then my locker card fob was misplaced.
They went on to tell me that I should pay £25.00 to get a replacement.
My wowcher receipt which I bought for both my daughter and I to celebrate our birthdays, entitled us to a bubbly each and a voucher, they decided to NOT honour it! Disgusting.
I still have not found their fob card key which they implied I am keeping! It must be a SCAM they play.
I left stressed instead of de-stressed!

The place is very cramped, the jacuzzi and green room were you apply the scrubs were filthy. I had to ask the staff to clean the jacuzzi because there was dirt and brown fluff in the water. They fished it out and put some chlorine in but I was too disgusted and scared to use it by that point. It was brewing with bacteria. I did not want to risk any infections. The staff is quite laidback and do not seem to care about hygiene and cleanliness, very off putting considering how cute the place looks!

We were dumped off onto this spa after booking a virgin experience with a spa in Piccadilly that is now closed (possibly under refurb). We tried to call and move the booking with Euphoria Spa, but they did not answer the phone, and emails went unanswered. They refused to address our request to move the appointment, and our request for subsequent refunds. Their communication was almost non-existent - scattered, difficult to parse, and consequently we will never be using this business again.
EDIT IN RESPONSE TO REPLY: A useless response 11 months(!!!) after the fact, no wonder you can't find the booking, you couldn't assist us when we called you directly and emailed you directly back when the booking was made. Terrible service, unprofessional response to this post. Avoid.

Euphoria Spa has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For over 16 days, we have been waiting for them to address our issue, and they have completely ignored us. Their lack of communication and professionalism is shocking, and it’s clear they have no regard for their customers.
Despite repeated attempts to contact them, we’ve been met with vague, dismissive responses and empty promises that their head office would get in touch within 24-48 hours. They never did. At this point, they’ve effectively stolen our money and the experience we paid for, and they still haven’t bothered to contact us.
Their incompetence, combined with their lack of answering phones and emails, shows a complete lack of accountability. The few responses we did receive were unhelpful, contradictory, and poorly written, which only added to the frustration. It’s been an unnecessarily stressful and upsetting ordeal.
Avoid Euphoria Spa at all costs. They do not deserve your time, money, or trust.
DEC 2025 EDIT - They said to write to them on the email below and they would resolve the issue we faced with a gift voucher. I wrote to her twice on that email over the last few weeks and have gotten no reply so far.
Dec 2025 Edit 2 - They keep pretending they are going to make it right in their comment here but be aware, they will NOT actually do that. I emailed 3 times after this comment and have been totally ignored.
January 2026 Edit 3 - Chased them a bunch still, still no reply. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REPLIES THAT THEY WILL MAKE THINGS RIGHT AS THEY DO NOT DO THIS AND JUST PRETEND TO.
APRIL 2026 - Still chasing them from their reply, clearly they are NOT serious and just lying on Trust Pilot about making things right.
JUNE 2026 - They have tried to 'flag' my review for containing illegal content which it does not, because they could never be bothered to reply to any of my emails they asked me to send in their comments below. BEWARE, THEY WILL TRY AND FLAG YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEWS TOO!
