Incredible prices and a fantastic website. Bought stuff hugely less £ than other websites. What a gem of a site. Def ordering more. My items arrived swiftly, well packed were good quality. Poor expiry dates on EpiPens

As a school having to order EpiPens for the first time under Benedict's Law, we were very disappointed to receive pens with use by dates of 12 months. As we had paid over £350 on pens that we hope never to use but should have a shelf life of 2 years, I phoned customer service and spoke to someone who quite frankly couldn't care less. She said we should have phoned to check what expiry dates you were currently offering as they could be between 9 and 18 months. We could also not return the product as it was a pharmaceutical item. School are so cash strapped that this attitude is so disappointing.

We’re really sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your recent purchase with us. We have reviewed the expiry dates of the EpiPens supplied in your order, and these have expiry dates of 31st July 2027, and 30th September 2027, equivalent to around just over 14 and 16 months respectively from date of supply. We’re pleased that we have been able to supply devices with better than the market average of around 12 months expiry. EpiPen state on their website that devices typically have 12-18 months expiry and we reflect this within information on our website. The adrenaline component has around 2 years from the point of manufacture, to then be incorporated into finished devices, and it can then take several months for finished devices to filter down through to the market.

We appreciate this may still seem disappointing given the investment that your school has made. Please let us know if there is anything within our power that we can do to make it right for you.

Emergency asthma inhaler…

I ordered an emergency asthma inhaler for school, which was supposed to arrive the next day. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for it over a week later, which is very disappointing.

We were then emailed and informed that a “free of charge replacement” would be sent. However, this is not really free of charge — it is simply the product we originally paid for but have not received.

Given the poor delivery service and overall experience, I would be reluctant to order from here again.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry to hear about the delay and frustration caused with your order, especially given the importance and urgency of the item required for a school setting.

Unfortunately, the original parcel experienced delays with the courier, which took it outside of its safe delivery window. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products such as inhalers, they must be delivered within a specific timeframe so that we can guarantee they have been stored and transported within suitable conditions, including temperature control. As this could no longer be guaranteed, the original parcel would need to be returned and safely destroyed in line with regulations.

We also apologise for any confusion caused regarding the “free of charge replacement”. This was intended to mean that a replacement inhaler was being sent to you at no additional cost, as a replacement for the delayed item. Unfortunately, due to the restrictions surrounding pharmaceutical products, we are unable to provide such items completely free of charge outside of a replacement arrangement.

Our team has been in contact with the courier to help resolve the delivery issues and prevent any further failed attempts, and a replacement order has now been arranged for you. We have also sent an apology letter, which includes a discount for a future order as a gesture of goodwill.

We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.
