I read the reviews on here after I'd already booked my fit to fly test and was very concerned!!! But I ordered late Tuesday evening, had the test with my by Thursday, dropped it off on Friday and had the results Saturday morning. I made the mistake of registering the test when I got it, rather than when I actually took it, and didn't realise that would show as the time I'd done the swab (which would have been over 72 hours so no use), so I phoned up and they got it all sorted out and issued a new certificate within about 5 mins. Maybe I was just lucky, but based on that experience I'm definitely going to use them for my day 2 and 8 tests.

The only positive thing I can say is that when you finally get through to the staff they are very friendly and helpful, but the testing procedure is very badly organised and once you've sent your test back there's no way of knowing where it has got to. We got our day 5 release results on day 8. Wouldn't use them again.

Drop box I went to seemed to be imaginary. However, I paid £6 for royal mail next day and I got my negative test results in 4 hours within them getting to the lab. Can't complain.

Lying scumbags - received results due on the 30th June on the 13th July. First they said that the samples were lost which was surprising since I used their dedicated mailbox. Then they said that the results were published to their app on the right date but did not work - which not only confirms the incompetence of their service but is also very surprising considering the results are dates 13th July. They also said that their terms exclude all liability which is not the case - the terms say that consumers cannot claim against the platform provider.

Very expensive service that doesn't even provide a pre paid postage label. It's day 5 of my isolation and I'm still waiting results for the test at day 2. No response to emails or phone calls.

Abysmal service (PREMIUM Test to Release).
I ordered a PREMIUM Test to Release that come at a premium. I have been trying for 4 hours to get a courier to pick up the sample.
It took over 2 hours for me to get through to them to even order the pickup. Then the pickup hasn't made it in close to 2 hours.

24 hour service does NOT happen. We've got 45 mins until we need to leave for the airport. Had dropped off samples 2 days ago. Still nothing. Stay away if you want to fly.

This company should be avoided at all costs.
First covid-19 test with certificate to fly did not arrive within the promised time. This led to me losing my flight which led to a new test being purchased. The staff at the test centre were surprised to see me back again. They actually gave me a number for another company because they knew the reputation of eurofins.
The first certificate that did arrive although too late was actually a false certificate that was produced out of date not using data that was taken from my test.
It appears this is a common practice with false certificates being issued and speaking to others on the Internet, suggestions are that these certificates can be, let's say, acquired............
very lacking in empathy and very difficult to contact.
I pity anyone that has to use this company. I'm not bitter or twisted but considering this is an approved company by the UK government, they ride on this not the service they offer.

We tried to contact them on multiple occasions (email only as they dont have direct line) but never heard a thing. Its with the ombudsman services now for full refund. Such a joke - on the government refers them as approved an trusted test provider. Corruption beyond belief.

After paying £98 for a day 2/8 test to release kit, Eurofins don’t provide a return label for the tests and require that I go to their test centre to drop the sample or queue at the post office - all whilst I am supposed to be self isolation. How ridiculous. One would think that within the £98, there is enough profit to provide a return label to keep me at home in proper isolation.

The website might fill you with confidence and the kits may arrive on time BUT - after that you can forget any promises made. I sent two in which arrived at the lab at 9 am the next morning. In the meantime I ordered a premier service for my son. Test arrived on time, I took it to his school to complete then phoned to get it collected. No answer, eventially on their chat system I got a human. They assured me colelction was booked in. A black cab would coem and collectet it but they couldnt say when uit they wopuld contact us. 5 hours later still no collection. Then i began to read the reviews here. Then I booked three same day tests from Doctap for the next day - Friday ( we were flying saturday). They never did come to collect my sons test and no further contact was establish either phone or chat. On the friday evening - 9 hours past their '24 hr guaranteed' wiindow. The two postal results were emailed through but from the Premier service obviously nothing as they failed to pick the sample up and jeopordised our holiday. My credit card company have taken up the case. Don't expect a reply to emails. Don't expect to have you phonecalls answered. Don't risk your holiday with the people. Just Avoid.

Needed to change dates for covid test to release, so I tried to cancel the test by email several days in advance. Despite emailing to cancel (impossible to get through by phone), they still sent the kits out. (ironically they would have been on time!) I returned to sender. I eventually got a refund about 3-4 weeks later, although for 3 of the 4 kits £7.50 was deducted presumably as they had sent the kits out.

Read reviews after I ordered test to depart kit and panicked.
Kit arrived late afternoon a bit late but this was due to Royal Mail delay.
We live 5 miles from a lab and collection point. Completed test next day (72 hrs before flight)
, dropped sample at collection point at 12:30ish.
Negative result emailed to us same day just after 19:00.
More than happy with service.
Only negative I would say difficult to actually talk to someone vie telephone.
I would use again.

Three weeks later I am still waiting for my Day 5 Test to Release results and just got my Day 2 and Day 8. Don't trust or waste your holiday or your quarantine time with these inconsiderate incompetent people.

Appalling services. Just a lying and deceitful money-making organisation that is exploiting and abusing the Covid situation to increase profits.
I provided Day2 test sample on the spot and it was delivered the next day (proof with Royal Mail tracker); I received the results 6 day later!!
"We guarantee to provide test results within 24 hours of receiving the sample" is what their Website states.
But they put the blame on Royal Mail that in fact are not to be blame in the current case.
I return Day8 sample as required and it was delivered to Eurofins the next day.
I received the results 4 days later, therefore extending the quarantine from 10 days to 13 days, messing up the plans for the weekend and generating loss to me as I had to cancel arrangements.
I wrote to them to express my dissatisfaction. They asked me if I wanted a refund. I requested a refund and 3 chasers later, they still have not bothered to answer me.
This is shameful and this behaviour stands against any basic commercial conduct rules and client services.
This type of abuse has to be reported to UK regulator, which I will endeavour.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered my day 2 & 8 tests 3 weeks before i was due back home on the 4th June. Never received any tests, luckily I read these reviews on day 1 and contacted track and trace on 119 who were well aware of this company, thankfully they were very helpful and sent me day 2 & 8 tests which i received on day 2 and completed, received the negative result on day 3 which i needed to do the day 5 test to release and end my isolation on day 5. Emails sent to Eurofins but as expected no reply so have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will get that back. The lady at track and trace gave me an email to report Eurofins to as she said the government are collating data on these companies who fail to provide the service and tests and will take action against them. I see Eurofins have stoped selling tests now on its website as they say they have “run out of tests” more like they can not cope, hopefully the government will strip eurofins of its accreditation as an approved company selling these tests. Use Testingforall in future much better company.

Ridiculously bad service! Bought a Day 2 and Day 8 test through these guys 4 days prior to departure. The test for Day 2 arrived on Day 4 (delivery issues apparently) and even though we returned the completed test immediately, the result did not arrive until Day 7. The Day 8 test arrived on Day 8 in the afternoon (not sure why they don't send both tests at the same time), and the result on Day 14...!!! DO NOT USE if you need timely test results as this company can't deliver them!

Do not buy fit-to-fly test kits from Eurofins!
We ended up buying a last-minute test as their results didn't arrive in time.
Their phone service is terrible, we had to wait over an hour to learn that our kit didn't arrive at the lab, which later was found to be a mistake.
They are simply unfit for this task.

I ordered the Day2&8 Covid-19 tests for my return to the UK after leaving the country due to an emergency. I sent both tests following the instructions and 10 days after I sent Day 2 I haven't received any result. I also sent Day 8 a couple of days ago but of course I'm not expecting anything from them at this point.
The webchat they have is useless, they don't do anything. You can't speak to anyone on the phone and they do not reply to emails.
I don't think we can do much, but at least we can warn other people about Eurofins!
