Day 2 test arrived on time but no results 3 days later. Customer service (10/15 min wait to get a person) has twice 'connected me with central office' which in both cases means the call is dropped.

It is a pity that there is not a zero star category because I would have used that. I ordered my day 2 and 8 tests and paid for them up front. First, I received an email saying the day 2 test would be late. That was not too much of an issue as I had ordered in plenty of time. I sent my day 2 test off via a priority post box and here we are on day 10 and no result received. I sent my day 8 off by priority post box and so far no result. The website shows that the results are awaited. I have written to the company twice including to the Chair and CEO but no response. An absolute shambles of a company. DO NOT USE THEM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR COVID TESTING! We are currently waiting 72 hours after sending off our test to release kit. They have taken our money and gotten in contact with customer service multiple times. We are told it is impossible to reach management but they will call us back (still nothing) and every time they try to put is through to their "labs" we are cut off immediately. The fact that the government has this on their website as a recommended provider is an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs.

I'm meant to do another test today, but the company does not work Friday to Monday (even though Royal Mail ships these kits all week round from their priority boxes), so they tell you to not ship samples other than Monday through Thursdat). A complete scam.

AVOID!! This is the worst testing service ever. I have been on hold to them for a combined total of probably 8 hours in the past three days. I have spoken to multiple people on chat and phone and they can't help but say someone will call me back. No one has called me back. Don't use them for any testing, it is a huge waste of time and money.

Awful service, they don't answer the phone, don't deliver on time, late delivery blamed on the weekend (what so delivering when you said doesn't matter?) website is not fit for purpose, if you need to do PCR testing - try elsewhere

Ordered test for day 2 and 8. Never arrived. Contacted them using live chat. Been promissed they will contact me. That never happened. Rubbish service! Scams and liers. Gov.uk should charge them for taking customers money and not sending tests.

Test to depart, which I have ordered in advance took 6 days to arrive and arrived after my departure. I was forced to pay extra money with a different provider to get results on time.
I have since sent them several emails requesting a refund and I'm still waiting for a reply. I have also tried to contact them via phone with no success.
They have non existing customer service. Waste of time and money.

It’s day 8 and I’m still waiting for my day 5 test to release results! I don’t think they are managing the load! And the customer service (once you get through), are not knowledgeable at all :(

Booked tests and all arrived next day. Registered the tests as per the app. However, nowhere did it say not to register the tests until the day of sample. The date of sample is now recorded as the date I registered the tests. Zero response from emails. Friendly people at the end of customer service line, but they can never get me through to the right person to resolve it and promises are always broken. Will be getting in touch with credit card company for a chargeback.

Very bad service, they do not have postboxes as they say on their web site, very unhelpful customer services, sharp and blunt answers. We had to post on a Friday (not weekends) no good if you are flying on Monday or Tuesday, I posted Friday afternoon and post office tracking saying they have been instructed not to deliver to that address on a Saturday, so our tests are sitting in Royal Mail depot, I guess they will be there tomorrow too. Just had to book a same day test tomorrow at great expense, extremely unhappy, its like a scam, dont waste your money with this company go elsewhere.

Such bad customer service. I purchased two Covid-19 tests and I paid for the Premium service. The instructions said I should contact them to book a courier but there are no contact details anywhere. All telephone numbers I found on their site (well hidden) do not answer. Their email response is slow and after numerous emails, I still don't have a response from them on how to book the courier. Very bad service, especially in something as sensitive as Covid.
