Excellent experience of Eurofins drive - through Livingston facility for day 2 test on return from Spain - test yesterday morning. and result first thing today - very efficient all round and charming professional staff - would certainly recommend.

Ordered a day 2 pcr test at £55. Two days later still no confirmation email, although my bank account showing the payment was successful.

No obvious Passenger Locator Form Reference to be found anywhere. Difficult to communicate. Not getting any response to my emails.

Ordered a day 2 pcr test at £55 at 09:45. 9 hours later still no confirmation email.
Created an account at the TrustOne portal and found my order and invoice. No obvious Passenger Locator Form Reference to be found anywhere.
Rang and held for half an hour.
Got through and spoke to someone who found my order. They said I should have received an email. They gave me the reference I needed which was in fact buried next to a very long transaction id on my order page on the portal.
Website also failed to allow me to enter another family member.
Call centre person totally uninterested.
all in all a shoddy, amateurish hack up of a website - quick to take your money, slow to provide a decent service.

Took the drive-thru PCR Fit-to-fly test in Birchwood at 11.30 on Thursday 11/Nov. As the labs are literally next door we were obviously concerned that we had no results 30 hours later.
Phoned and was told that their systems were down and was eventually put through to Aysha Ahmed at the second level. She couldn't have been more helpful, even phoning us back when the system had been sorted and the results were sent out. A marvellous ambassador for Eurofins.

Shame I cannot leave 0 stars as I would. As a company they do not take responsibility and blame Royal Mail. The postal tests did not get to the lab due to delivery problems and added to this day 2 postal tests were paid for and never sent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Spoke with Leann Carter who was extremely helpful and efficient and resolving my query.

Conflicting information given by the persons on the online chat. One said I'd get the result within 24 hours, the other said results would be ready in 36 to 48 hours. When I explained that I had a flight to catch and would need the results in time or I would miss my flight, the response was "Usually" people get their results before the flight"!!! It would help if all the representatives had the same information. Needless to say, I booked tests elsewhere.

Great service - friendly staff (thank you Swansea staff!), easy to book and arrange, really efficient service - results back in 18 hours! Thank you!

Ordered tests via BA recommended as cheapest (2 days mabye to arrive?)
Registered easily. Home sample.
Did tests 7am, dropped off at 3pm into drop box in Poole, worker popped out to reassure me most done promptly . Very happy with that and he was right!
By 8am next morning had results and certificate to fly

Booked the day 2 drive through test at Livingston and popped through 16th October. There was one other car in the carpark and the guy was very helpful and nice. Our results have just came in the same day. Would recommend the drive through test.

I having been dealing with Ahmad Mian and he has been excellent. I can’t tell you how good it is when you get help from someone who knows what they are doing. He was very understanding and patient. A great asset to the Company. Thank you Ahmad for your help.

Request huge amounts of personal information setting up an account before you can order a test, then the test they’d advertised wasn’t available, only more expensive double tests. And to add insult the delete account choice on the website doesn’t allow you to delete your details. Stay well clear!

Zarah was very courteous and extremely helpful in solving the issue we had with our test results report.

Made a mistake registering my kit. Mohammed helped me to sort it out with no problem. Really appreciated his help. Also the online chat service is excellent. Would definitely recommend this company.

I found Alex fantastic support in remedying my registration mistake, he was so friendly and reassuring, I would definitely recommend this company

I ordered a day 5 test to release kit on Monday morning hoping to get this done and sent back by Thursday afternoon but it failed to arrive and no Royal mail notification was sent to me. I rang to find out & Julie from the Orange team was just brilliant in handling my query. She understood my frustration, provided me with options and looked for the easiest way to resolve this problem.

It did not work out in the end due to time running out however the outstanding customer care received was much appreciated. I truly hope the organization values her because if I did not speak to her and receive the service I got yesterday, I would have gone to a different company in future. However, I will re-use Eurofins and thankful that there are people like Julie still out there that truly understand the value of a customer and deliver great service.

I don't know why Eurofins has such bad reviews here.. For me, I couldn't have asked for a better service (and price). I got my test kits delivered exactly on the date I arrived at London. I posted my day 2 kit at a priority postbox and the results were delivered before the promised time. Unfortunately, my day 5 (test to release) was on a Sunday, so naturally the postboxes were closed. So I contacted the customer service and they gave me the address of the place where I could drop the test kit. I dropped the kit and about noon and the results were given at around 8 pm on the same day!!! I cannot belive the service.

Amazing! Definitely go for it without second thought..

Visited Greece two weeks ago. Ordered Antigen test and 2-day return PCR test separately. PCR ordered from Eurofins - did not arrive on return to UK day 2, called them, was put on hold - 27th in the queue - presumed I was not the only person with an issue! Was advised test was in transit and would arrive the next day, Tracking number provided. Test did arrive the next day but is of a concern that it was a day late. Would not order again. Companies are making a lot of money out of this Covid-testing necessity and not delivering which is not on. Thankfully have booked another holiday in two weeks 7-days in advance with TUI and purchased both tests for £20.

Ordered a Day 2 test on Saturday, arrived UK Monday, no test awaiting me. Test kit arrived THURSDAY, done immediately, now MONDAY and no results. Have written directly to Eurofins to complain but NO RESPONSE. So they got £54 just for the kit not one element of service or testing
