I was nervous about the whole testing process and was on the phone with Eurofins before and after our trip. Though I was on hold on more than one occasion in excess of ten minutes, when I did speak to someone they were invariably helpful and gave good customer service. The stand out operative was Zara, who thought carefully about my issue with the registering of our Day 2 tests, and came up with a solution that helped me out enormously. I was stressed and she sensed it; she was patient and helpful and ultimately used some clever thinking to correct the issue I had. Thanks again Zara :-)

We needed 2 x fit to fly PCR tests for our teenagers. Order process was fine, I didn't receive a dispatch email but when I chased it up, they arrived a day earlier than I was told they would! Result!
The instructions were clear, the process was straight forward. We posted the tests to a priority mailbox at 4.50pm on Tuesday, Royal Mail tracking showed the tests were delivered at 9.14am Wednesday and both results were back at 5.50pm Wednesday evening! So 25hrs from when they were posted! Amazing!
Results can be viewed in the app and also a PDF is available to download and print too.
I've found the testing element stressful in general but Eurofins have been amazing and provided a great service! I think the key is to be organised order any of the tests you need in advance. We ordered ours 2 weeks before we needed them.

Great service, day 2 tests arrived quick, one results came day later and other two came 2 days later.
All straight forward, Royal Mail priority box are very convenient to drop off the tests.
Will use again if needed.

I had amazing customer service from Chantal she was extremely helpful and efficient regarding the pcr testing for my parents and i was panicking , she was helping me all the way through whilst i was on the call

I had a nightmare receiving the COVID package but Natalie was extremely helpful and calming and helped me to find what had gone wrong. She gave me a full refund and made me feel loads better

Fantastic experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. When something went wrong with my covid test activation, they sent me out a new one immediately. I will definitely return for future trips, Eurofins is certainly a trusted provider.. Shout out to Toheed Bashir, he handled my case like a true professional.

We booked our tests last week and downloaded the app. We made an appointment to go do our tests in person which we did yesterday at the nearest travel agency recommended on the Eurofins website and woke up this morning with our test results in the inbox ready to fly tomorrow.

I bought day 2 and day 10 PCR tests from Eurofins for my parents. I also decided to purchase from them day 5 Test to Release test. Ordered tests arrived on time and did not have any problems. The online video was helpful but too generic. There have been not enough information about different apps that need to be used for day 2 & 10 testing and day 5 test. I had an issue with dropping of a sample at one of the drop off points.
Regardless all this, I would like to give a 5 star experience to customer service team who are at the end of the phone, trying to guide customers through a bumpy and stressful road of PCR testing. They have been extremely helpful, understanding, patient and professional at all times. A special thank you goes to Toheed Bashir who was supportive and took additional time to follow up on my results. He came back to me regularly and provided an update on my query so that I stayed informed. This personal touch made a huge difference to my experience.

Purchased day 2 test. Could not register barcode as the site said that this sample had already been tested. Tried to contact customer services, call was terminated before I spoke to anyone. e mailed the company and have not received any response. Have requested a total refund still no response. Now on day 3 and still unable to take a day 2 test. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, a total lack of customer service and the product is not fit for purpose.

Decided to use Eurofins UK, since I’ve used the company in Germany with no issues (big mistake).
I paid for a day 2 COVID test, it’s now day 3 and no test was delivered and I can’t contacted customer service (on hold so long the phone call ends). I’ve ended up reporting this to my card to claim my money back.
