Superb from start to finish
We turned up for our tests at the drive in centre in Birchwood Warrington - 11.00 am virtually no queue. Excellent reception/ explanations. Easy to follow instructions - just a nasal test. Dropped it in the box - wife got email confirming negative the next morning (Sunday!) I got mine well within 48 hours. Every aspect of this service was superb; despite having read previous bad reviews. Off to Gran Canaria next week and will definitely use Eurofins again on our return. Thank you.

Just phoned up eurofins in a state of panic as I hadn’t got my booking test reference number and I’m due to fly home tomorrow. Natalie was so helpful and calmed me down. Put my mind at ease and help me fine what I needed. Thank god they are 24/7 helpline! Thankyou Natalie :-)
Test Results LATE!
My daughter ordered 3 PCR tests to depart (one for myself and the other two for my son and daughter) which we had to do 72 hours before flying. We all did the test and posted them at exactly the same time. My son and daughter received emails the very next day to confirm eurofins had received their tests, but I didn’t receive any email confirmation. Within 12 hours of the email, they both received their test results, but I didn’t receive anything. Our flight was the next day and I still hadn’t received any emails from them. We tried phoning but got transferred to another department, then had to wait on the line (since we were number 30 in the queue) and finally after waiting a long time the call just got cut off. I also sent them an email to ask about my test but received no reply. I obviously wasn’t able to check in to my flight when we got to the airport, but luckily there was a testing facility there where I was able to do the test (obviously paying more money). Exactly 3 days after doing the test (the day after arriving at my destination) I received an email that my test was negative!! I’m appalled that I got my test result so late, and that I couldn’t get through to them via phone and no one had the curtesy to reply to my email. It was quite a stressful process to say the least, I wasted £45 for nothing and received no apology or anything. Very disappointed.

She talked me through step by step of completing my day 2 form, she had to repeat herself a few times due to me not understanding correctly. And at no point did she loose her patients with me.

Terrible service. Grab your money but no service. No tracking and test kit arrived late.
I just don't believe the glowing reviews from people who have done 1 review.
Ours arrived late and the website is rubbish. They took your money very quickly but after that no follow up no tracking because they know the travellers need the reference code so that is what they are selling. Unethical to make money from Covid tests and not give the service.
Makes me really angry that they charge so much and is so rubbish in their service.
Delayed Test Result But Excellent Customer Service
Ordered travel PCR tests for mum and dad. Test result was delayed for one of them. Called up customer service and they promptly identified the issue and released the result within an hour. It was good to be able to speak to someone in customer service late in the evening. Special mention to Sara (Zara?).
Will not post your tests in time
Ordered day 5 test to release tests for me and my husband as we had to go back to work for an emergency. My husbands test came on day 7 and its now day 8 and still never got mine! Customer service keep hanging up phone on me and don't reply to emails! What a waste of money and joke of a company.. can't believe the government recommend them
Day 5 test not arrived…
I ordered and paid for a Day 5 test to release kit as it was critical to me to be able to see family members asap. I telephoned Eurofins on Day 4 as I wanted to confirm that the test had been despatched. The operator said she was unable to check this and couldn't escalate it until day 5. I told her that would be too late but her view was 'it should be fine'.
Now it is day 5 and I cannot get in touch with them by telephone at all, so have e-mailed to complain and request a refund. The whole point of a day 5 test is to end quarantine early, therefore it is totally useless if it doesn't arrive by day 5! I will have to resort to the free tests (which are good enough to support all the facts and figures but apparently not to travel!).
Not happy at all with this and they are on the government recommended suppliers! Too many people being allowed to make money for nothing by the government over covid!

My day 2 covid tests didn't arrive- these were meant to be delivered by Royal Mail, from whom I received an e-mail stating that the tests were in transit arriving today (day 2) - they have not arrived today and will obviously not arrive in time for day 2 testing - their chat is a bot and the phone line recorded music - useless - happy to take your money but not so good at contributing to keeping our country safe. I fail to see how they can be on the UK government's recommended list if this happens on a regular basis

I contacted the help desk to find out the whereabouts of my Day 2 Test Kits which had not arrived at my address. My call was #30 but the system updated regularly and my call was soon answered promptly by Julie. She handled my questions politely, efficiently and in a friendly manner. I was absolutely satisfied with the outcome. As a result I would not hesitate to recommend Eurofins to my friends.

I spoke with Julia regarding the unknown whereabouts of my Test to Depart PCR. She put my mind at rest and sorted out an additional means of testing at a test centre near to where I live. I have to say she was one of the nicest, most caring and helpful agents of any company I have spoken with in a long time.

Ordered day two test kit. It never arrived. Complained and they promised they would send out another one for next day delivery. This didn’t arrive either. Complete shambles of an operation.

First My test to departure arrived after two working days, very reliable and fast. I had one of the most loveliest experience talking to Memoona after I realised my results may be affected due to the bank holiday. She was honest about my situation and offered alternative actions. Really happy with the service today!
Eurofins Appalling Customer Service
The website was confusing and we inadvertently purchased drive through tests when we had wanted postal tests. We tried many times the contact numbers to try and remedy but simply could not get through. We had to purchase the tests we required from another provider (Randox) who were excellent. As I still can't get through to Eurofins to get a refund we have had to dispute the fee with our credit card provider. I would never use this company again and would advise others not to.
